How to get to the hotel by free bus from Vancouver Airport?

1. First, confirm whether the hotel you booked has airport shuttle service.

2. If yes, contact the hotel and ask if their free bus runs regularly. Or call the hotel to pick it up after getting off the plane?

3. After getting off the plane and going through customs, look for the sign of the hotel bus in the arrival hall of the airport, and find the waiting platform to wait for the bus according to the sign.

4. After booking the hotel bus, get on the bus and go to the hotel. Note that some hotels use the same bus, which means that the bus has to go to different hotels in turn to send guests. Don't get on or get off the wrong bus.

Tip the driver when you get off at the hotel. In principle, tip one Canadian dollar for each large piece of luggage.
