What if the company owes employees a rest?

If the company owes employees rest, they can pay their employees corresponding labor remuneration.

1. If the unit arranges the laborer to extend the working hours, it shall pay no less than150% of the salary;

2. If workers are arranged to work on rest days and cannot be arranged for compensatory time off, they shall be paid no less than 200% of their wages;

3. If workers are arranged to work on legal holidays, they shall be paid no less than 300% of their wages.

Workers who have not received overtime pay should promptly complain to the labor security supervision department. Of course, workers can also choose arbitration, and labor disputes shall be under the jurisdiction of the labor dispute arbitration commission in the place where the labor contract is performed or where the employer is located. Under any of the following circumstances, the employing unit shall pay the wages higher than the wages of workers during normal working hours according to the following standards:
