According to the statistics of the international hotel industry, among the more than 200 hotel chains in the world, Holiday Inns (Inc) in the United States is located in 53 countries, engaged in the global hotel industry, and has become the first of the international hotel chains. This paper aims to explore its advanced management methods, management policies, management strategies and personnel training, and provide reference for hotel management in China.
