Such regulations require online car rental companies to' please' drivers and let them participate in platform activities. If some drivers have low completion, they will be punished by impounding money.

In 2020, there will be a "waist-cutting" in the incremental registration of online car-related enterprises. According to industry analysts, fuel vehicles with a wheelbase less than 2700mm and new energy vehicles with a wheelbase less than 2650mm will not be able to apply for the Network Booking Taxi Transport Certificate after July 1. Coupled with the impact of the epidemic, the online car industry has been seriously affected.

At present, the key to the survival of online car rental companies is the size of drivers. According to the analysis of insiders, the internal and external factors have the same effect, which eventually leads to the critical period of "shutting down and turning" for online car rental companies. In the future, with the continuous improvement of policy supervision and the gradual deepening of industry compliance, the overall scale of online car rental companies will also be reduced.
