My opinion on self-help tour in Tibet

I just came back from the snowy area and felt a lot. However, due to many trivial matters, I can't continue my time travel. Please forgive me. Today, I have leisure, but I still have a lot of concerns when I see many donkey friends planning to go to Tibet to realize their dreams. So, I want to share my feelings about this trip with you, hoping to help you prepare for a trip to the snowy area.

1. It is strongly recommended that you go to Tibet alone (except sweet couples, of course).

Don't worry about not having a car or finding a partner. Tibet self-help tour is very mature, much more mature than Xinjiang and other places. Xinjiang has a vast territory. If you don't go to the individual reception center by car, it is really difficult for several people to temporarily charter a car to go somewhere, and it costs a lot of money. But in Lhasa, as long as you live in Jiri or Balang University, you will see many posts every day, and you can go anywhere you want, including hiking to Moho.

Trust me: there must be one for you!

All you have to do is read the post, send a message or make a phone call, anything. Of course, it is also an essential procedure to meet like-minded friends and finalize the specific itinerary. My trip to Namtso and Linzhi are two completely opposite typical examples.

Everyone will inevitably put on a mask and play various roles in daily life. I don't think people should spend a lot of money to wear masks and continue to play your usual role in this natural and pure place closest to the sky. Isn't it that you expect to be yourself and find the feeling of truly releasing yourself? Only by traveling alone can one observe completely freely and make more friends. Just like celery, although he walked alone this time, he made a large group of friends along the way, such as Ren Zhen Pengcuo, Lao Xue, Shantou, Xiaotang, Aaron and Xiaoyang. Are the most precious memories of my trip to the snowy area. Imagine if you are with a group of colleagues or friends who know the root of the matter, I'm afraid you are busy maintaining your image and taking care of other people's emotions.

2. About altitude sickness

On the second day after flying to Lhasa, I went to Namco, jumped into the pot village on the Mid-Autumn Festival night in Namco, and climbed the mountain to watch the sunrise the next morning. Although it is taboo to follow various strategies, I am lucky that I am hardly bothered by altitude sickness except for my fast heartbeat and slow response. To sum up the reasons, there are several points:

First of all, we should prepare drugs such as Gao Yuanan. After all, there are not many people without altitude sickness. I have been taking Gaoyuan 'an for the last three days (Rhodiola takes some time to exert its efficacy, but binary seems useless).

Secondly, I want to owe it to buttered tea. On the first day when we turned to Bajiao Street in Lhasa, my Tibetan friends and I went to a Tibetan teahouse to drink buttered tea. The more real it is, the stronger it is. Of course, if you can't stand the smell, there's nothing you can do. One thing to note is: don't drink cold butter tea! That may aggravate the rebellion! Ren Zhen Pengcuo is a typical example. (Ha ha, sorry to sell you again, brother. )

Also, you'd better not take a shower in a hurry for the first two days. I'm already out of oxygen, and I'm extremely out of oxygen to go to the bathroom. Isn't that asking for self-criticism? Generally speaking, boys have a stronger reaction than girls, and those who take the Qinghai-Tibet line have a stronger reaction than those who fly to Lhasa. If you are a woman, you are not as fat as me and your blood pressure is low, I don't think there will be any problem.

3. Jiri and Balang School

For backpackers who don't have much money, Jiri and Balang School are naturally the first choice for accommodation. Personally, I think the two places are equally divided and make decisions according to my own preferences.

On auspicious days, I like her independent bathroom very much. Although hot water is less than 24 hours a day at night 10, and there is no light when it gets dark, the shower canopy and water are very good and comfortable to wash. Balang has been studying, but half of the six faucets are broken and it is very uncomfortable to wash.

The laundry service on auspicious days is also good. Every room is put in a bag every day, and then cleaned and put back at night. If you change rooms, the waiter will help you get the new room or put it in the concierge for you to get it, while Balang learned to wash it together. In the afternoon, you were alone in a pile of clothes, and your eyes were almost uncertain, so you went back with other people's clothes.

However, I like the restroom where Balang studied, because it is cleaner, often has water, and spacious (in the words of Xiao Zhang, my roommate in Yunnan, "I can't even use the restroom on auspicious days … haha). The toilet on auspicious days of the zodiac is almost empty, and it is often golden when it is opened (sorry, I am a clown, but my words are not rough. Ha ha. This seems to be described in detail in her travel notes.

Of course, the architectural style of Balang School is better, but the internal structure is similar. By the way, it's more important that we can book it on the same day, but it's absolutely impossible on an auspicious day. That's why we rushed back to Lhasa from Linzhi at twelve o'clock in the evening, so I had to move to Balang School from an auspicious day on the ecliptic.

I suggest you live in two houses for a few days, which is good. If you have more money, you can choose Ya Hotel if you want to rent a car with foreigners. Personally, I feel that there are fewer foreigners in Kyrgyzstan and Balang has learned more. When I was studying in Balang, I shared a room with a Canadian blonde Jessica, which kept us two roommates awake at night, hahaha.

4. Langma Hall

Personally, I think Langma Hall should be a must-see place to understand the life of Tibetan friends today. The so-called Langma Hall is actually the dance halls and nightclubs in our mainland. (Ha ha, celery is not here to teach you to learn bad things. I have hardly been to any nightclubs in the mainland. However, the content is basically Tibetan song and dance performances, and many of them are happy with the whole family, which is completely different from the colored nightclubs in the mainland. But when I invited those handsome Tibetan guys to go with me! ! ! !

Depressed is depressed, but I strongly recommend you to go to the New Century Langma Hall on Beijing Road in Lhasa. The atmosphere there is very good and the singers are excellent. It is a typical Tibetan song and dance performance that combines tradition and modernity. You can learn to dance in Guocun. The scheme of the Pagoda Langma Hall is not as attractive as the new century. If you go to Bayi Town, you'd better go to the Langma Hall in Shangri-La, where the costumes and temperament of the actors are relatively pure.

Let me think about it in other ways. If you disagree, please discuss it together.
