India Business Travel-Taj Mahal

After consideration, I think the Taj Mahal should be written as a separate clause. Because it will be longer, most of it is my vomit. [Cool drag]

Our flight is on Sunday, so after the task is completed on Friday, we can control it freely on Saturday. Li Ge and I both like history and various museums and scenic spots, so when it comes to going to the Taj Mahal, we hit it off. The other two went shopping and were not interested in the Taj Mahal.

The Taj Mahal is located in Agra, India, about 200 kilometers from New Delhi. We consulted the hotel in advance and the hotel told us that we could rent a car, take a train or find a tour group. We found a friend who introduced us to a China man who runs a hotel in India. Their hotel has a car to rent to us, and the driver can communicate in simple English. The rent for one day is 65438 yuan +0400 yuan. Considering safety and convenience, I decided to buy this.

At 7: 30 the next day, the driver waited at the gate of our hotel on time. As soon as I went out, I saw a brand-new 7-seat commercial vehicle, which was very spacious. The driver sits in the front, and Li Ge and I can put our seats down and lie flat in the back. The value of spending money.

Drivers drive very fast. Li Ge said that being a 20-year-old driver is a little nervous. On the expressway, there are few cars, so I'm not too worried. The scenery along the way is good, endless green, and suddenly there is a feeling of driving on the African prairie. It took about three hours to drive, and the car drove into a place that looked like a small town, then crossed the village and crossed the farmland. I can see from the road sign that it will come soon.

There is still a distance from the parking lot of the Taj Mahal to the gate of the Taj Mahal scenic spot, so you need to take a bus in the scenic spot. There is a charge for parking toilets, but the bus is free. The bus is old and crowded. Fortunately, it only takes a few minutes.

Tickets for the Taj Mahal, foreigners 1000 rupees (the price a few years ago, I don't know if it has gone up now), I can't remember how much Indians pay. In short, it is much cheaper than foreigners. It is said that many years ago, domestic attractions, such as the Forbidden City, were the same. Tickets for foreign tourists are more expensive than those for China people. However, China's economy has developed in recent years, and it doesn't care about this foreign exchange income, so there is no difference between Chinese and foreign air ticket prices.

During the period of buying tickets, people have been coming to talk to us and show us the way. After buying the ticket, he said that he was a staff member and could take us in without queuing, but we refused to tip him 1000 rupees for him to take in.

There are many people in the queue, and men and women are separated by two long lines. Li Ge and I walked to the end of our respective teams and stood in a row. Just standing for a while, a staff member told me that you can go straight to the front without queuing, and did not mention asking for money. I was a little suspicious, so I called Li Ge and was about to ask again. Another person who claimed to be a staff member came over and said that he could take us and needed 1500 rupees [stunned]. Yes, it's 500 rupees more expensive than the first one. So we thought that the second person also wanted us to pay, so we didn't ask again. Go back to your respective teams and continue to line up. The men's team was short, and the speed of passing the security check was fast, so slowly, the distance between Li Ge and me was widened. During this period, I met several people from China. Seeing that the queue of ladies was too long, the girl was put in the queue of men regardless. His boyfriend also reminded her that she was going to the ladies' line. The girl said, "I'm not going, it's right here." So there are still too many unruly people in China. Maybe I'm inflexible and stubborn? In a word, I don't want people to catch anything that can defame China people in foreign countries.

The women's team is moving at a snail's pace. It's so hot that it makes people dizzy. During this period, some people cut in line, because some people quarreled and argued in Hindi, which I couldn't understand. I'm not in the mood to watch the excitement. It's really noisy. There is a maintenance place in the scenic spot, so there is a pile of stones next to our team, which are trampled all over the ground and it is difficult to walk. There is even a stall of cow dung. No wonder the more you line up, the worse it stinks, and there are flies. Later, I saw several Europeans being taken by seemingly staff members, and went directly to the security check without queuing. I sigh that the money is still good. If it is 500 rupees, I can still accept this service. Just as I sighed, an Indian girl behind me told me in broken English that there was no need to wait in line, so I just went in. Then others around me echoed, and I asked why, but they couldn't speak English well. I hesitated, and I was really impatient, so I thought about asking at the door. If not, I'll come back. Anyway, everyone around me knows me, and I didn't jump the queue to the original position. At the security checkpoint, the police gave me a look, only glanced at the ticket and let me in. After the security check, I must open the bag to check. Chewing gum in the bag and chocolates from customers are not allowed to be brought in, so I have to stay there [tears]. Li Ge came half an hour ago. Before, he sent me a text message saying that there are high-value tickets and you can take a shortcut. Unfortunately, I didn't see the news. Later, we felt that the second staff member was telling the truth and should be a regular staff member. They didn't say anything about money, and they didn't bring us. Unfortunately, because of the confusion between the first person and the third person, neither of us believed it.

Foreigners who buy tickets at high prices can enjoy priority admission. Unfortunately, there is no express delivery, and all kinds of personnel are involved, and no one cares. This experience of the Taj Mahal is very bad. Also blame us for not checking the raiders in advance. Friends who go again can learn from it.

The Taj Mahal was built by the Mughal emperor Sha Jiahan in memory of his beloved concubine. I was shocked when I learned that the princess gave birth to 14 children. This woman has been pregnant all her life, or confined to her confinement, and then died on the delivery bed.

The main building of the Taj Mahal is located on a high marble pedestal. To get on the base, you need to take off your shoes or bring a shoe cover. The steps leading to the mausoleum are steep and narrow. Before coming to the entrance of the mausoleum, if you want to enter from a distance, there is only a narrow door, which can only allow two or three people to enter and exit side by side at the same time. There is still a distance from where we stand to the door, and there are many people waiting in line. There is no staff to keep order. Everyone pushes forward. Li Ge and I were pushed forward by the people behind us. Behind me is a middle-aged Indian woman. I can understand because there are many people, but what I can't accept is that she puts her hand on my back. The dress I was wearing that day had a slightly lower neckline at the back, and her hands came into direct contact with my skin without any obstacles, sticky and hot flashes. I have been trying to shake off her hand, but it has no effect. [sobbing]

When I was near the door, the queue was even more crowded, and I was even a little scared (you can imagine the subway in Beijing or Guangzhou in the morning rush hour). This situation is very easy to be trampled, but it is impossible to squeeze out of the queue. At this moment, I heard a voice telling everyone to slow down. It was a white man from Europe and America who shouted in front of me. It seems to have been crushed and kept shouting "danger". It seems to be useful. However, I also clearly heard someone in the right rear laughing and saying "Welcome to India". [black line]

Li Ge and I were finally pushed to the door, but there seemed to be nothing special in it, at least I didn't have any impression (maybe I haven't recovered from the crowd just now). Oh, I remember there were many signs around that said "No photos, no noise", but there were still many people taking photos, and they turned on the flash, and some people shouted and whistled loudly on purpose. Almost all of them are Indians. Li Ge whispered "poor quality". It wasn't big inside, so I went around a small circle and came out from a door at the back.

We wandered around outside again, took some photos and planned to go back. There is not much time for real visits, and most of the time it is either in line or crowded. As the saying goes, "queue for two hours, visit 10 minutes". I didn't ask Li Ge how he felt. At least for me, once is enough. After all, it is one of the internationally famous scenic spots, and the location is really beautiful, but I won't have the idea of doing it again. This may be the true portrayal of "no regrets, more regrets when you come."

Out of the gate, we didn't take the bus in the scenic spot. It's not very far anyway. We are going to walk back to the parking lot and look at the things in the shops around us. Some vendors have been selling since they saw us, and some even greeted us directly in Chinese [black line]. Unfortunately, there is nothing interesting in a whole row of shops. Many of them are models of the Taj Mahal, but no matter how beautiful it is, it is still a mausoleum, which can't be kept at home.

I feel faster when I come back than when I go. Li Ge and I are a little tired. Li Ge slept all the way, but I couldn't sleep. I was playing with my mobile phone all the way. I thought it would take a day to go back and forth, and it was only after 3 o'clock when I got back to the hotel.

The Taj Mahal is over ~ ~
