How to draw with light
Before shooting, install the LED lamp on the manual device, which is connected with the drill bit to make the LED lamp move in a circular motion. In addition to LED lights and this artificial device, the equipment also includes light sticks, flashlights, a series of lenses and brightly colored wires.
When shooting with long exposure technology, it is necessary to set a long shutter time for the camera, from a few seconds to several minutes or even longer. Using this technology to shoot, the fixed objects in the photos are clearer, while the moving objects show fuzzy visual effects. This visual effect is achieved by the movement of the light source. After the shutter is pressed, the light stick or flashlight passes through the camera's field of view. This technology can create a visual effect close to daytime when shooting at night, because the longer shutter time allows more light to enter the camera lens.
Second, the light painting introduction:
Light painting (also known as light graffiti) is a group of exquisite works of art created by British artist David Gilliver using light sticks, flashlights and led lights. Against the wonderful and gorgeous lights, Guernsey in the English Channel presents an unprecedented sight. Ordinary night, because of colorful light balls and colorful wave light belts, has unusual beauty.
Third, the characteristics of Gilliver's works:
The light paintings created by Gilliver are amazing, and the visual effect seems to make people hallucinate, which is comparable to the feeling brought by taking LSD. What is even more surprising is that such a wonderful scene is not a masterpiece of "computer witchcraft", but a common shooting technique of long exposure.
Four. About the author:
Gilliver is 3 1 year old and lives in St. Peter's Port, Guernsey. During the day, he was a financial practitioner, and at night, he turned himself into a "light painter" with extraordinary skills. In the past 20 months, Gilliver spent 200 nights concentrating on creating light paintings, costing 5,000 pounds. Whenever night falls, he takes his lightsaber and other luminous props to find a suitable place in Guernsey. Once selected, he will use these "light painting brushes" and color them with "light pigments" to create wonderful light paintings. Gilliver's favorite theme is the bunker built by Nazi Germany along the coastline of Guernsey at that time. With the help of eddy current waves and mysterious light balls, the bunker in the photo has a unique flavor. Guernsey was occupied by the Germans during the Second World War.
