As a senior who once worked in a functional department of Dalian Maple Leaf Vocational and Technical College, let me share my work experience and what I have seen and heard.

I. Nature of work:

As the staff of functional departments, our main responsibility is to provide various support services. We are responsible for booking venues and conference rooms, assisting in the planning and organization of enrollment publicity activities, and other trivial matters.

Second, the work content:

The college often plans enrollment publicity activities with the enrollment department, such as accepting new students and holding large-scale student activities. The atmosphere at the scene was very warm. After work, there are chats and fights between colleagues. Everyone often shares their interesting stories and experiences with each other, which makes the work more enjoyable.

Third, the working environment:

Our office is on campus, and the environment is very comfortable and clean. Usually stressful work is done here, and we have arranged a lot of green plants in the office, which is a very special work experience.
