Employment situation of graduates from School of Remote Sensing Information Engineering, Wuhan University

With the strategic adjustment of national economic construction and the needs of the construction of "digital earth" and "digital city", the social needs of graduates of this major are increasing year by year, and the employment prospects of graduates are broad. From 200 1 to 2008, our college has trained undergraduate students 19 16, master students/doctoral students 159. The quality of personnel training in this university is very high. In recent years, four doctoral dissertations have been rated as national excellent doctoral dissertations, and 12 doctoral dissertations have been rated as excellent doctoral dissertations in Hubei Province. The average admission rate of undergraduate graduates and the proportion of further study abroad are 50%, the average implementation rate of one-time employment is 98%, and the one-time employment rate of master's and doctoral students is 100%.
