Is it easy for a painter to become a photographer?

Simple. Painters have received professional training in composition, lighting and color, and the most important thing to become painters is talent, which means that these people are not short of talent. None of them is inferior to others, but each has his own merits. Our world is inseparable from painters and photographers. Our world will always need painting, calligraphy and photography.
