Whereas:

Article 1 Work

Party A employs Party B as a film producer to be responsible for the organization and management of film production and business activities.

Article 2 Working time limit

Party B shall arrive at the place designated by Party A and report to Party A before _ _ _ _ _. Party B's work officially started.

Article 3 Work Contents

Party B's work includes:

1. Coordinate and guide the film preparation;

2. The storyboard and the director's creative intention to prepare and implement the shooting plan and cost accounting;

3. Entrust a special person to sort out or recommend movie literary scripts. After research and planning, Party B will decide to adopt;

4. Organize and employ writers, directors, main actors, minor actors, photographers, lighting engineers and other creative personnel;

5. The review is detailed by the director;

6. To determine the location, review the scenery design and other work, the film that needs to be shot in the cultural relics and garden departments should be prepared in accordance with the National Cultural Relics Protection Law and go through the relevant formalities;

7. Be responsible for the filming process and political and ideological content of the film, and be responsible for the artistic and technical quality of the film;

8. Work with relevant departments to determine the list of people in the preparation stage before shooting (stunt design and trick photography will be determined by the film crew according to the scale and work needs of the film crew);

9. After the film crew enters the preparatory period, it is necessary to collect and sort out the art files in time.

10. For films involving the military budget, the compilation of the military budget should be completed 50 days before shooting the relevant scenes, and at the same time, the transportation and use procedures of weapons and ammunition should be handled at the public security department;

12. Organize post-production of films and deliver standard copies and related products to Party A or the publishers designated by Party A;

13. Conduct necessary pre-target market research before the release, and formulate and implement the film promotion and distribution plan;

14. Other tasks usually completed by producers in the film industry.

Article 4 Work Requirements

1. During the working period, Party B shall accept the management of Party A and make TV dramas in a timely, diligent, economical and efficient manner.

2. Party B shall maintain communication and contact with Party A, but Party A shall not interfere with Party B's proper authority or violate industry practices. Party A has the right to inspect Party B's work at any time, but it shall not affect Party B's normal work, and Party B shall cooperate.

3. Once the TV production plan and production budget are approved by Party A, Party B shall strictly implement them, and Party B shall not change them without Party A's consent.

4. From the date when Party B officially starts to work to the date when Party B ends to work, Party B shall work for Party A full-time and shall not be employed by any third party other than Party A. ..

Article 5 Deposits

Article 7 Accommodation and transportation

If Party A requests Party B to work in other shooting sites in China, the round-trip transportation expenses shall be borne by Party A.. Article 8 Copyright, signature, name and portrait

1. Party A enjoys the copyright of the film according to law.

2. If the film can be filmed and released to the public, and Party B has fulfilled all obligations under this agreement, Party B shall enjoy the right of authorship of the film and related derivative products according to law. The format, specific location and font size of Party B's signature shall be decided by both parties through consultation according to relevant national regulations.

3. Party A has the right to use or license Party B's name and portrait in movies, movie derivatives, movie promos or trailers for free. But only for film promotion.

Ninth to participate in publicity activities

Party A has the right to ask Party B to attend the opening ceremony, premiere and other publicity activities of the film without paying any remuneration to Party B.. Party B shall actively participate in and cooperate with Party A's related publicity activities.
