Ele.me merchants will set a meal delivery time. That is, the merchant’s estimated meal delivery time. The rider will also see the merchant’s estimated meal delivery time after receiving the order. After the rider arrives at the store and the merchant exceeds the meal delivery time, the rider can take a photo to report that the merchant is slow to deliver the meal. For one order, the rider can report two additional times. If time is added for the third time, the order will be canceled by the platform and the merchant's liability will be determined.
