Since July XX, I have worked in the Archives Management Section and the Technology Section. I have been working in the Audio and Video Department since January XX. Over the years, my work can be summarized in three sentences: I am meticulous in organizing files, I am diligent in shooting when I go out, and I strive for excellence in editing and production. Due to my active participation in work, I was rated as an advanced individual at the grassroots level in xx and an advanced worker in the bureau in xx. I came to compete for the position because I have the following advantages:

First, I am good at "learning". Over the past seven years, I have been good at learning and thinking, and have continued to improve myself. Work gives me the motivation to learn and explore, and learning gives me the passion for work. The research direction of my master's thesis is multimedia technology and watermarking algorithm of digital images. The proliferation of photo piracy is a major problem in current audiovisual work. I used the logo of the Urban Construction Archives as a watermark, designed a new algorithm, and embedded it into the digital image as a guarantee of copyright. Practice has proved that the algorithm is quite feasible. What I learned was useful and I achieved success. At that moment, I was full of passion. My paper was rated as the only excellent one in the defense, and was soon accepted by the 11th National Multimedia Academic Conference. The mutual promotion of work and study has enabled me to find the value of self-improvement.

Second, be able to "manage". I have organizational management skills and teamwork spirit. The audiovisual department was established at the end of xxx, and I grew up with the audiovisual department. Seven years ago, the Audiovisual Department did not have a photo file or an electronic document. I am mainly responsible for the organization and digitization of photo archives. In XX, I participated in the formulation of the audio-visual archives classification plan for XX City Construction. In XX, I drafted the "Audio-visual Archive Reception Content and Compilation Requirements". Through the joint efforts and division of labor between me and my colleagues in the general department, today we have more than xx audio and video files, more than 6,000 electronic photo files, and the data volume of the picture library exceeds 80g.

Third, be able to "write". I have strong writing skills and have won awards for many of my papers, 3 of which won the second prize for outstanding papers on national or provincial urban construction archives, 1 was selected for the Provincial Archives Academic Annual Conference, 1 was accepted by the National Multimedia Academic Conference, and 2 were published nationally. Published in Computer Core Journal.

Fourth, be "specialized" enough. I have strong work ability, high overall quality, and solid professional knowledge. The long-term article is the author's speech for the competition. Work practice has enabled me to accumulate certain photography skills: over the years, the projects I have photographed include key municipal projects, planning meetings, three-year mid-year transformation projects, and so on. Among them, the photo I took "Secretary Li Changchun Touring Metro Line 1" was included in the "xx Construction Yearbook" in xx, and the series of photos "Modern Architecture" were used as an application for the Municipal Planning Bureau's "Modern Excellent Building Protection Plan" Material. Editing and production is a highly professional job, and I can operate both linear editing and non-linear editing systems with ease. He is competent in all aspects of post-processing such as signal collection and editing, material editing, recording, and soundtrack. In September XX, I used the non-linear editing system to independently complete the editing and production of the TV feature film "Convention and Exhibition Center Under Construction". As a master in computer software and theory, I have scientific research capabilities in multimedia technology development and professional knowledge in post-production.

In addition to being good at learning, managing, writing, and being professional, I also have the advantage of being quick to respond and receptive to new things. This is also the quality that a multimedia studio director should have.

There are two disadvantages to my application. The first is my gender. Due to the high physical demands of photography, one might think that this position should be filled by able-bodied men. However, I believe that in addition to good physical condition, you should also have extraordinary courage. I have both of these things. I am young and there is no word Jiao Didi in my dictionary. No matter how tiring or painful it is when I go out to shoot, I will never back down just because I am a woman. Twice, I went out for inspections with Mayor Lin. Due to my outstanding performance and good at capturing photos, Mayor Lin was the only one among a group of burly photojournalists who noticed me and cordially asked about my unit. When I proudly speak of the Urban Construction Archives, I no longer feel that gender will be an obstacle to my ability to work.

The second is that I have a reserved personality, I don’t like to show off, and I am not very good at expressing myself in front of others. In order to overcome this shortcoming, I am determined to report more to the leaders of the embassy at work, let the leaders know my thoughts while understanding the spirit of the superiors, communicate more and exchange ideas with colleagues; learn to promote myself in life, and turn passivity into initiative.

If I fail in the competition, it means that there are many things that I have not done enough. I will sum up my experience, improve my methods, and work actively and happily; if my competition is successful, I will go all out to realize the blueprint in my heart. My work plan specifically includes four major plans a, b, c, and d:

Plan a (accumulation) is a plan based on the accumulation of ideas. The main content is to collect audio and video files through multiple channels. First, rely on yourself and take the initiative.

Continue to track and photograph a number of key projects; actively cooperate with the Planning Bureau and the Construction Committee to complete the filming of important meeting activities; completely and systematically collect audio and video materials of planned special projects such as Panyu Nansha Development Zone, Biological Island, and urban village renovation. Second, open up new ways to collect audio and video files, and gradually strengthen the function of multimedia studios in providing business guidance for audio and video files.

Change the approach of "taking the world alone", formulate standards for receiving audio and video files, and rely on grassroots network units to collect audio and video files. "Gathering armpits makes a fur, gathering sand makes a tower", I believe that Project A can enrich the content of our library's audio and video archives in a timely and effective manner.

Plan b (busine) is a business operation plan. The audio and video archives of our library have faithfully recorded the changes in the face of xx city over the past ten years and are valuable assets owned by all of you here. Plan b is to rely on existing materials and use multimedia technology to develop multimedia products that integrate sound, images, and text, and use a commercial operation model to provide paid services. Plan b uses the real estate of the collection of audio and video archives to create multimedia products with market value, which are liquid assets, and will bring a steady stream of wealth to our library.

Plan c (cooperation) is a cross-department cooperation plan. Horizontal communication and vertical cooperation are the purposes of Plan C. First of all, we must work closely with various departments in the library. In the near future, the internal cooperation plan has three contents: first, cooperate with the editorial and research department to edit a feature film to promote the 20th anniversary of the archives. In addition, provide audiovisual materials needed by the editorial and research department to edit albums and prepare websites; secondly, cooperate with the supervision and guidance office to enhance the business guidance function of audiovisual files and collect audiovisual files in network units; thirdly, cooperate with technology development Cooperate with the Ministry of Education, participate in the development of digital multimedia information management system in the digital archives, and provide a multimedia query system for urban construction audio and video archives to relevant users of our library and the Municipal Planning Bureau. Another aspect of the cooperation plan is to strengthen external cooperation. First, emphasize the concept of proactive service and cooperate with the Municipal Construction Committee and Municipal Planning Bureau. Actively cooperate with government decision-making departments to produce TV special films required for planning plans and international bidding. Second, we should adhere to the principle of mutual benefit and each other's strengths, and cooperate with large media organizations such as TV stations and newspapers. Make use of media advantages and library resources to carry out publicity and planning activities. Third, we should cooperate with brother units in the urban construction system based on the principles of equality, mutual benefit, and full sharing of resources. By holding photography exhibitions and multimedia information exchange activities, we strengthen ties with brother units and ensure the smooth development of cross-department work.

Plan d (digitization) is a digitalization plan. In summary, Plan D has two aspects: First, the establishment of a database of multimedia information. The multimedia database construction plan will use the current advanced digital image collection and compression technology, digital multimedia security technology, optical disk mass storage technology, network technology, and database technology to convert our library's existing urban construction audio and video data into electronic files, and establish an urban construction The audio-visual database serves government decision-making departments and the public, ultimately achieving maximum sharing of resources. Second, multimedia information security work. Use information hiding and information encryption technology to embed digital watermarks or electronic signatures in digital images as a copyright guarantee for multimedia information in network transmission. Since I have a certain research foundation, I believe that our library's multimedia information security work can move faster and better in the same industry.

The multimedia information integration plan, business operation plan, cross-departmental cooperation plan, and digitalization plan are the four major blueprints of ABCD in my mind.
