Cross-industry cooperation agreement on wedding photography

Party A: XXXXXX Deli Automobile Group

Party B:

In order to promote the rapid development of each other's business, share customer resources and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results. Based on the principles of fairness, justice, rationality and mutual benefit, Party A and Party B have reached an agreement on cooperation and promotion of the brand of Deli Automobile Group (XXXXXX) through friendly negotiation, and formed a strategic partnership, and hereby sign the following cooperation agreement:

I. Term of the Contract

Two. Party A's responsibilities:

1. Party B recommends students to buy any model of Deli Automobile Group, and Party A shall pay Party B the site occupation fee and on-site publicity fee on a monthly basis according to the transaction standard of 200 yuan/Taiwan.

2. For the group buying party held by Party A, Party B recommends its customers or friends to participate in car buying activities, and Party A pays Party B the site occupation fee and on-site publicity fee on a monthly basis according to the participation standard of 20 yuan/Batch.

3. Party A will display and display the materials of Deli Automobile Group within the business scope of Party B, and hold group buying activities. If there is a car reservation at the event site, Party A will pay Party B the site occupation fee and on-site publicity fee on a monthly basis according to the transaction standard of 300 yuan/Taiwan. (No longer enjoy the transaction fee specified in 1 in Clause 2)

4. During the cooperation period, all vehicles purchased through Party B can enjoy free services such as car washing, car vacuuming and deodorization.

5. During the cooperation period, all vehicles purchased through Party B can be provided with services by Party A at preferential prices: 8.5% off the daily maintenance working hours.

6. Owners who purchase vehicles through Party B can attend lectures on vehicle maintenance knowledge, maintenance technology and driving skills of senior technicians of Party A for free after making an appointment in advance.

7. If there are large-scale activities during the cooperation period, Party A can provide the wedding car free of charge. (The specific quantity and specific activities will be discussed again)

Three. Party B's responsibilities:

1. Do a good job in Party A's publicity and assist Party A to establish a good social image among end customers.

2. After friendly negotiation, Party A may post the propaganda poster of Deli Automobile Group Alliance in a conspicuous position in Party B's business premises.

8. During the cooperation period, if there are large-scale activities, Party B can provide some free prizes. (The specific quantity and specific activities will be discussed again)

Four. Interpretation clause:

1. Party A shall pay Party B a monthly commission for introducing customers to participate in activities and purchasing vehicles. The specific declaration time and payment time are before 10 of the following month.

3. All vehicles belonging to Party B, whether employees' vehicles or introduced customers' vehicles, can come to Party A's company to enjoy free car washing service or preferential maintenance service, and only need to provide driver's license, driving license and maintenance certificate. Party B shall provide the vehicle information list of employees and customers in advance, including basic information such as name, license plate number and telephone number, for Party A's file. (Maintain customer relationship together)

Verb (abbreviation of verb) liability for breach of contract

This contract is made in duplicate, one for each party. When the contract expires, it will be automatically terminated. If there is any objection during the contract period, it shall be settled through consultation. In case of breach of contract, a penalty of RMB 2,000 shall be paid to the other party. This agreement shall come into effect as of the date of signature by both parties.
