What does a successful offline activity include?

Set a time, choose a place, estimate the number of people, and start screening the venue for peace talks.

1. Consider the time of lecturers, colleagues, public holidays and whether the venue is available, and determine the time comprehensively.

2. Do you have WeChat, Weibo, etc. Are you willing to promote activities for you at the meeting? This will bring more traffic. Is the venue famous? Whether there is a large flow of people and whether there will be tourists from this venue to join your activities.

3. Send all PPT to the speaker before the activity, and put it into sharing after the speech. Convenient for participants to obtain. It can be promoted in many places, but only one link can be registered. Show it to the speaker after the activity notice is issued. Some speakers will forward it conveniently, which will bring many people. Send it through WeChat and Weibo, and then poke the link to register directly. Data can be collected through the questionnaire network.

4. Ask volunteers to fill in: name, telephone number, email address, micro signal and professional field. Before each activity, designate a volunteer XX to be XXX. It's convenient to get into the state in 3 minutes. If you can fill in your own areas of expertise, you can guide volunteers to complete copywriting, posters, translation, report writing and so on.
