The competition pool shall meet the following requirements:

The starting platform meeting the requirements of the rules shall be installed at the starting end of the competition pool, with the surface area of at least 50cm×50cm, the front edge of which is 50 ~ 75 cm higher than the water surface, and the forward tilt of the table top shall not exceed 10. The starting platform should be firm and inelastic, and the desktop should be non-slip. At the same time, a backstroker should be installed 30 ~ 60 cm from the water surface, which does not protrude outside the pool wall, both horizontally and vertically, and the starting platform is marked with swimming lanes.
