Utoda released his fourth album "Super Blue" this year, and then launched the second Japanese national tour concert "Utoda United 2006" which lasted for six years. The concert started in July 1 in Miyagi Prefecture, Sendai, and ended in September 1 in Tokyo National Yoyogi1Gymnasium, with 22 performances1/city. Hikki's husband, Kiriya Kazuaki, also helped as the "visual art director" of the concert, which made the stage design, lighting and Hikki's clothing different from the past and revealed the unique taste of Liji Valley. In 2006, Utoda United recorded Utoda's performances in Saitama Super Arena on August 17 and August 18. Sixty cameras were installed in the venue to capture the grand occasion of the concert.
