What's the difference between camera upgrade and video slowdown?

Simply put, upgrading the camera is much better than slowing down the video later.

Take movies for example. The upgrade means shooting more than 24 frames per second and playing 24 frames per second, resulting in a slow-motion effect.

If the video clip slows down, it can't reach 24 frames per second, and the picture is one card at a time.
