What's the use of adding so many groups?

Recently, I found that the mobile phone is always stuck and the response time is long. I found that I had joined almost 50 groups unconsciously.

In fact, most group chat messages are rarely opened by themselves, except for wasting traffic, occupying memory and consuming electricity, which seems to have brought me nothing of value.
