How to deal with illegal parking in high-speed railway station

High-speed railway station's violation will be deducted three points and fined one hundred. The specific provisions are as follows:

1. If a motor vehicle is parked in violation of the regulations, the traffic administrative department of the public security organ may paste a notice of illegal parking, record the illegal behavior with electronic monitoring equipment, and obstruct the passage of other vehicles and pedestrians, and may tow the motor vehicle to a place that does not obstruct the traffic or park it at a designated place, and impose a fine on the illegal driver in 200 yuan;

2 motor vehicles in violation of the provisions of the temporary parking, a fine in 200 yuan;

3. If the motor vehicle is parked or temporarily parked in a place without parking signs and markings, it will be fined 100 yuan, and 3 points will be recorded, and the driver's license can be suspended for one month;

4, in violation of the provisions of the temporary parking, a fine of five yuan, two points;

5. Failing to park in accordance with the regulations and causing serious traffic jams, a fine of 200 yuan will be imposed, and six points will be recorded, and the driver's license for less than six months can be suspended.

Legal basis: Article 63 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China.

Temporary parking of motor vehicles on the road shall comply with the following provisions:

(a) in the absence of parking signs and markings, in the motor vehicle lanes and non-motor vehicle lanes, sidewalks with isolation facilities, as well as crosswalks, construction sites, no parking;

(2) No parking is allowed at intersections, railway crossings, sharp detours, narrow roads, bridges, steep slopes, tunnels and sections within 50 meters from the above locations;

(three) in front of the bus stop, first aid station, gas station, fire hydrant or fire brigade (station) and on the road within 30 meters from the above places, no parking is allowed except using the above facilities;

(four) before the vehicle has stopped, it is not allowed to open the door to get on and off people, and opening and closing the door shall not hinder the passage of other vehicles and pedestrians;

(five) roadside parking should be close to the right side of the road, motor vehicle drivers are not allowed to get off, get on and off personnel or load and unload goods, and immediately leave;

(six) city buses are not allowed to stop on the road outside the station.
