Will Baisha Village in Yueqing Village be demolished or not?

It is planned to be demolished at the end of the year. If the contract is signed, it is still in the early stage of household survey, and then the contract will be signed after the preliminary work is completed and the parties have discussed it.

1. Based on the four advantages of superior location, good ecological environment, perfect public facilities and solid industrial base, the project will build Xu Yang community into a future community with integration of production and residence, digital technology innovation and livable water.

2. Extend the cross green corridor, link Qinghe Park and Ocean Park, and build a coastal park alliance; Integrate sports center, Jiangnan Li and one-stop neighborhood center to create urban living room; Focus on the headquarters economic park and implant the joint production innovation center.

By creating "new mode of integration of production and housing", "new mode of park community" and "new blueprint of future digital", we will establish a typical future community of Wenzhou's integration and upgrading.

3. With the policy support of Yueqing being selected as the national pilot project of new urbanization, and relying on the ecological background that drives the intellectual innovation engines of two billion-level industrial clusters and the intersection of Haihe River, the project will create a "new window of East China Sea production city", "a new model of future cities" and "a new home for young talents".

4. Form a dual-innovation vitality belt along the East Canal, link the dual-innovation service core and the East China Sea window service core through the * * enjoyment vitality ring, and connect the neighborhood service functions in series through the T-shaped pan-neighborhood service belt to create a community where high-level talents gather, and strive to attract young people to build a new future community that is livable and suitable for business.

5. This year, on the basis of previous pilot experience, the provincial party committee and government integrated the concept and requirements of future community construction into the whole process of urban organic renewal, and accelerated the promotion from case "pilot" to surface. Therefore, the types of community creation in the future will be further enriched, mainly divided into five categories: integration and upgrading, overall demolition and reconstruction, combination of demolition and reform, planning and new construction, and global category.

6. In this year's future community construction, we will adhere to the characteristics of modernization, homelessness, people's livelihood and generalization, adjust measures to local conditions, implement policies in a classified way, and advance in a scientific and orderly manner. We will comprehensively consider factors such as the difficulty of policy handling, residents' wishes, transformation needs, and fund balance, and focus on supporting integration and upgrading projects and the combination of demolition and reform, resolutely put an end to "one size fits all" large-scale demolition and construction, and accelerate the promotion of future community practice results to better benefit the broad masses.
