Practical experience of photogrammetry

Photogrammetry is an important professional course of Surveying and Mapping Engineering. According to the requirements of training objectives and syllabus, this course has been practiced for a week. The purpose of this course practice is to deepen the understanding and mastery of the basic theory, measurement principles and methods of photogrammetry, and effectively improve students' practical skills. And achieve the goal of mastering the knowledge learned in each chapter and basically using the knowledge learned to solve some practical problems. Each student is required to independently complete various internship contents under the guidance of the internship teacher, especially to skillfully operate various photogrammetry instruments, master the whole process of analytical photogrammetry, and understand the main content and development trend of digital photogrammetry.

The leaders of the internship institute paid enough attention to it, carefully arranged it, and the teachers adjusted all aspects to create an internship environment for me. On the first day of the internship mobilization meeting, Mr. Zhao clearly expounded the significance of this internship and the matters needing attention in the internship. At the same time, he also explained the contents and steps of this internship. In the subsequent internship process, students have a clear internship purpose, are proactive, are not afraid of hardship, and have the courage to take on heavy responsibilities. With the vigorous development of photogrammetry and remote sensing technology, students have a strong interest in photogrammetry and aroused their enthusiasm for learning. They all said that they should cherish this rare internship opportunity, learn as much useful things as possible, fully feel the revolutionary changes brought about by the development of surveying and mapping technology, and lay a solid foundation for future work. Through this internship, we realized that photogrammetry should have solid theoretical knowledge and skilled software operation ability.

In order to make the students clear about the overall task of this internship and the specific operating procedures and methods of each internship project, and guide the teachers to give a centralized explanation before the internship content is carried out, so as to make the task clear and the process clear; In practice, group guidance is combined with regular focused discussion to inspire students to solve practical problems in their homework. This practice not only consolidated students' theoretical knowledge and operational ability, but also improved students' ability to use knowledge.

There will inevitably be some mistakes and difficulties in the internship process, but we have not given up because of this. Personally, I think it is very necessary to be careful during the internship. For example, when choosing a point with the same name, you may accidentally find that the point with the same name is wrong. Also, after image matching, if we are not careful and close the window without saving the results, our results will be lost because of our carelessness. So I think it is very necessary to develop a careful and rigorous attitude, which will reduce some unnecessary mistakes and losses. In fact, I don't think this internship is particularly difficult. As long as everyone can be serious and careful, our internship will go smoothly.

This internship made me deeply understand the truth that theory guides practice. In this internship, I found that the work we have to do is actually very simple. As long as we click the relevant button, the computer will automatically help us finish the work we have to do. However, if there is no solid basic knowledge, it is impossible to operate the computer normally and smoothly and complete the instruction operation we want. When we encounter similar problems again, we can't solve them. For us, if we only have theoretical knowledge and the actual operation is zero, it is just an armchair strategist; But if you command the operation and don't understand the theoretical knowledge, you can't finish the work independently. Therefore, we should study theoretical knowledge, guide practice and strengthen practical ability. Only after graduation can I be a qualified surveyor.

Time flies and the five-day internship is over. Although there are only five days of internship, I have learned a lot of instructions that I can't learn in class and learned a lot of knowledge that I can't understand in class. I cherish the five-day internship, which makes me more clearly understand the subject of photogrammetry, further understand the operation and use of related software, and exercise my hands-on ability. Finally, I am very grateful to the teacher for providing us with internship opportunities, tirelessly accompanying us every day, giving us technical guidance and life management. Although this internship is in the school computer room, I still can't stand the invasion of winter. I am very touched that the teacher is accompanying us like this. I know that only excellent internship reports and achievements can repay the teacher's brilliant work and silent efforts. I believe that my internship summary will comfort the teacher and feel that some efforts are worthwhile. In my future work and study, this internship will give me endless motivation and strength.
