Others related to conscience.

Let me briefly review the Confucian theory of conscience. "Conscience" was first put forward by Mencius. There is only one sentence: "Those who have the ability but don't study are good at it; Those who don't worry have a conscience. " After Mencius, Confucianism developed greatly, but no one focused on conscience. It was not until the Ming Dynasty that Yang re-examined his conscience. (Wang Shouren, whose name is Yangming Zi, was called Mr. Yangming because he practiced in Yangming Cave. This is because from the middle of the Ming Dynasty, China began the process of modernization (of course, some people say that the modernization of China dates back to the Southern Song Dynasty). Yangming's theory of mind and his post-study thought conform to the trend of the times. The prosperity of Yangming's theory of mind was interrupted by Manchu's entry into the customs, and his politics was highly autocratic. Back to China in the Middle Ages, Yangming theory declined. Prosperity again is also the restart of China's modernization. Although Yang's academic thought has changed, he always puts conscience first. When practicing martial arts, not forgetting to give lectures is to talk about conscience. A squire invited him to give a lecture and asked him, "What can I say except my conscience?" He replied in original words: "There is nothing to say but conscience!" He thought that what was lacking in that era was conscience.

Why should we talk about conscience today? Professor Yu Ping has a famous saying: "If philosophy had no meaning, I would have sold cigarettes ten years ago." (Laughter) Philosophy is extremely important to each of us and to our "state of mind of the times". Today's people have all kinds of puzzles and problems, and today's world has all kinds of crises, which is well known. However, I want to boil them down to two points, that is, we have lost two most important feelings today: shame and awe.

A friend of mine, Zhao Zhang, posted a post "Rereading the Diary of a Madman" on the Internet, to the effect that the madman written by Mr. Lu Xun read the book all night before he saw the word "cannibalism" between the lines. That is to say, although there were many people who were "benevolent and moral, full of thieves and prostitutes", they were still kept in the dark and could not get on the table; But what about today? What I was ashamed to say in the past has been said and done with great fanfare. I am not ashamed, but proud. In Lu Xun's time, cannibalism was secret, but naked! This is a prominent phenomenon.

There used to be a famous saying: "A thorough materialist is fearless." In the past, there were people who were not afraid of anything, just the sky, lightning and thunder. Now people have completely lost their sense of awe. You can be unscrupulous! At the same time, we also see other phenomena, one is the resurgence of feudal superstition, and the other is the resurgence tendency of religious belief at some levels. This shows that awe is an ultimate human need.

But why do we lose our awe? There is a view, from ordinary people to scholars, that China's problem is that there is no God. A few years ago, I traveled between Beijing and Chengdu. On the train, I saw more and more Christian churches in remote mountainous areas. This is a very serious question: do we need to ask a great western god to solve the problem? I don't think so. After the great changes in the Axial Age, Chinese and Western cultures showed different trends. The gods after the Western Axis period are similar to those of Shang Dynasty in China's Front Axis period; After the Axial Period, China's mainstream consciousness is secular and even atheistic. Without religious and theological beliefs, can't you find awe? I think so. It's a matter of conscience.

In the face of the serious spiritual crisis in today's world, as far as the world trend of thought is concerned, we can have two choices:

(1) follows the direction of post-modern deconstruction. According to the thinking of western postmodern thinkers in the 20th century, it seems that we can make a judgment that today's spiritual crisis is due to the fact that tradition has not been deconstructed in place and should be deconstructed more thoroughly. Is that so? In my opinion, the crisis happened precisely because some of our core values were deconstructed and subverted, moving towards an "absolute relativism". For example, how to determine whether the behavior is justified is based on the personal likes and dislikes in the current experience. Individuals set their own standards according to their likes and dislikes, which will lead to everyone having their own standards. If this deconstruction continues, it will move towards ethical relativism. So I put forward my own proposition on many occasions: rebuild the first entity! Absolute reconstruction!

(2) Another possible choice is to rebuild the tradition. I can say this is a very simple truth: we can only lose what we once had. We "lost" the sense of shame and awe, which means that this is something that has always existed in tradition. Of course, we should "rebuild" the tradition instead of simply "returning" to it. I don't advocate "returning to tradition". Tradition cannot "return" in at least two senses: in the phenomenological sense, if there is tradition there and we return there, then it is only a transcendence that should be suspended, so such a return should not be; In the sense of hermeneutics, it is actually impossible to return to tradition completely according to its true colors. First of all, it should not be, and second of all, it is impossible. Must be rebuilt. Conscience of Spring Breeze is the second collection of personal poems by Li Chengen, a young writer and poet, after Bian He, which was published by China Drama Publishing House. This book is divided into "Conscience of Spring Breeze" and "Youth". Blue and White Porcelain, Angel's Children, Chronicle of the Moon, Rain on the University Playground, Movie Poetry, Border Harmony and Border Rouge, 200 new works by Li Chengen were selected. There is the author's preface, and the appendix contains the author's self-report of more than 20,000 words, "My Mind Image, My History Studio: Being as objective and brave as a movie".

Li Chengen paid attention to the pollution of reality to people's minds and women's mental state, and conveyed the poetic power of women. She has a soft spot for traditional culture and ancient civilization. She wrote in the preface: "What I love all my life is the part of China culture that was split by lightning, and I am fascinated by it."

Conscience in Spring Breeze is Li Chengen's spiritual orientation and value judgment, and he is concerned about what a poet is in the global economic crisis. At present, Li Chengen's conscience in the spring breeze is recovering the lack of cultural self-confidence.

Li Chengen's works are delicate, open and restrained, and have the independent spiritual position of women. The female writing concept of "Rouge" put forward by her embodies her personal exploration vitality and shows Li Chengen's avant-garde thoughts and traditional feelings. Her writing is the writing that shines with female light and spirit in this era. Li Chengen is at the forefront of Chinese. Her poems are simple, fresh, natural, calm and calm, which is a brand-new Chinese language. Basic information
