Xingning District is a municipal district under the jurisdiction of Nanning, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China, and one of the six urban districts in Nanning, the capital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Xingning District starts from the junction of Minzu Avenue and Qingxiu District in the south.

Xingning District faces the south of Yangtze River in the southwest, adjoins Xixiangtang District along Jiefang Road and Huaqiang Road in the west, adjoins Guangxi Academy of Forestry and Guangxi Gaofeng Forest Farm in the north, and adjoins Binyang County in the northeast.
