What did villagers in Jianhe, Guizhou Province show in their own photo exhibition?

From July 12 to July 14, villagers in Xiaoguangdong Village, Panxi Town, Jianhe County, Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture, Guizhou Province held their own photo exhibition. More than 50 photos on display were taken by villagers every day, which recorded the simple customs of Dong Village and showed the new changes and new life of Dong Village in remote mountainous areas.

Dong village is Dong village. Most of them are surrounded by mountains and waters, and the overall layout is roughly divided into flat dam type, foothill type, ridge type and valley type. Dong village is generally composed of wind and rain bridge, drum tower, gazebo, Zhaimen, Diaojiaolou, Jingting, Tianjia, and Sa Dian.

Crossing the Dong village, such as the wind and rain bridge across the river with a rainbow flying frame, is an important transportation facility in Dong township and the spiritual sustenance for the Dong people to pray and protect the village. Crossing the pontoon bridge is a lush, quaint and verdant geomantic forest, which is cherished by the Dong people as a totem worshipped by Long Mai. A winding, simple and heavy bluestone road connects Dongcun. The house has a house door.

In the Dong village architecture, the Dong people's house diaojiao building is very distinctive, which not only retains the "dry column" architectural style of the ancient Yue people, but also absorbs the characteristics of the Central Plains architecture. Under the principle of strict symmetry, all buildings are organically connected to form a diverse, balanced and unified whole. The residential buildings in the whole village constitute a magnificent picture of patchwork, close connection, luxurious atmosphere and harmonious coexistence between man and nature.
