China's "Copyright Law" stipulates: "The ownership of copyright in a commissioned work shall be agreed by the client and the trustee through a contract. If the contract is not clearly stipulated or no contract is concluded, the copyright belongs to the trustee. " Consumers invested in the photo studio to take pictures, and they formed an entrustment contract with the photo studio. If there is no contract, the copyright of the photos taken should belong to the photo studio, and its ownership belongs to the consumers.
