What plastic material is used and how to lay your own yard on the roof?
Plastic material: a solid material made of polymer as the basic component and additives, which is processed or cross-linked and solidified at a certain temperature and pressure. Most polymers are widely used as insulating materials because of their good insulating properties. Plastics are divided into thermoplastics and thermosetting plastics according to their thermal behavior.
Plastic floor:
Plastic floor is another name for PVC floor. The main component is PVC material, and PVC floor can be made into two kinds, one is homogeneous infiltration, that is, the pattern material from the bottom to the surface is the same. There is also a composite type, that is, the top layer is a pure PVC transparent layer, and the printed layer and foam layer are added below. "Plastic floor" refers to the floor made of PVC material. PVC flooring is widely used in all aspects of family and business because of its rich colors.
Plastic flooring is a broad term. There are many opinions on the Internet, which should be said to be inaccurate. Plastic floor is a very popular new light floor decoration material in the world today, also known as "light floor material".
Construction technology and technical requirements of PVC floor;
One: Floor detection
1. Use a temperature hygrometer to detect temperature and humidity. Indoor temperature and surface temperature should be 65438 05℃, and should not be lower than 5℃ and higher than 30℃ during construction. The relative air humidity suitable for construction should be between 20% and 75%.
2. Use a moisture content tester to detect the moisture content at the grass-roots level, and the moisture content at the grass-roots level should be less than 3%.
3, the strength of the base should not be lower than the requirement of concrete strength C-20, otherwise the appropriate self-leveling should be adopted to strengthen the strength.
4. The hardness of the base surface should be no less than 1.2 MPa as measured by a hardness tester.
5. In the construction of 5.PVC floor materials, within the scope of 2m ruler, the roughness of the base should be less than 2mm, otherwise proper self-leveling should be adopted for leveling.
Second, the floor pretreatment
1. Use a ground grinder with power above1000W and appropriate grinding pieces to polish the ground as a whole, and remove paint, glue and other residues, bulges and loose plots, and empty plots must also be removed.
2. Clean the floor with an industrial vacuum cleaner of not less than 2000 watts.
3. For cracks on the floor, stainless steel reinforcing ribs and polyurethane waterproof glue can be used to repair them with quartz sand.
Three: Self-leveling construction-bottoming
1, absorbent base such as concrete and cement mortar screed-coat should be prepared with multi-purpose interface treatment agent according to the ratio of 1: 1, and then the primer should be sealed.
2. Non-absorbent substrates such as ceramic tiles, terrazzo and marble. It is suggested to use dense interface treatment agent for priming.
3. If the moisture content of the base is too high (> 3%) and construction is needed immediately, epoxy interface treatment agent can be used for priming treatment, but the premise is that the moisture content of the base should not be greater than 8%.
4, interface treatment agent construction should be uniform, no obvious effusion. After the surface of the interface treatment agent is air-dried, the next self-leveling construction can be carried out.
Four: Self-leveling construction-mixing
1. Pour a bag of self-leveling water-cement ratio into a mixing barrel filled with clean water, and stir while pouring.
2. In order to ensure uniform self-leveling mixing, a high-power low-speed electric drill with a special stirrer must be used for mixing.
3. Stir into uniform and non-caking slurry, let it stand for about 3 minutes, and then stir briefly.
4. Water should be added in strict accordance with the water cement ratio (please refer to the corresponding self-leveling instructions). Too little water will affect fluidity. Too much will reduce the strength after curing.
Five: Self-leveling construction-laying
1. Pour the mixed self-leveling mortar on the construction ground, and it will flow by itself to level the ground. If the design thickness is ≤ mm, it needs to be scraped slightly with the help of a special tooth scraper.
2. Then, let the construction personnel put on special spikes, enter the construction site, and gently roll them on the self-leveling surface with special self-leveling deflation rollers to release the air mixed in the stirring to avoid bubble pits and interface height difference.
3. Please close the site immediately after the construction. No walking is allowed within 5 hours. Avoid the impact of heavy objects within 10 hour. After 24 hours, lay the PVC floor.
4. During winter construction, the floor shall be laid after 48-72 hours of self-leveling construction.
5. If it is necessary to finely polish the self-leveling cement, it should be done after the self-leveling cement is completely dried.
Six: Floor Paving-Pre-paving and Cutting
1, whether it is coiled material or block, it should be placed on site for more than 24 hours, so that the material memory can be restored and the temperature is consistent with the construction site.
2. Use a special edger to cut and clean the burr of the coil.
3. When laying blocks, there should be no joint between two pieces of materials.
4, coil laying, two pieces of material should adopt overlapping cutting, generally require overlapping 3 cm. Pay attention to keep the knife cut.
Seven: floor paving
1. Choose the glue and rubber roller suitable for PVC floor.
2. After the coil is laid, roll up one end of the coil. Clean the floor and the back of the coil first, and then scrape the glue off the floor.
3. When paving the block, please turn the block from the middle to both sides, and at the same time clean up the ground and the back of the floor and glue it.
4. Different adhesives have different requirements in construction. Please refer to the corresponding product specifications for details.
Eight: Floor Paving-Exhaust and Rolling
1. After the floor is pasted, first push the surface of the floor flat with cork blocks to squeeze out the air.
2, and then use 50, 75 kilograms of steel roller evenly rolling floor, timely repair splicing edge.
3. Excess glue on the floor surface should be wiped off in time.
4, after 24 hours, then slot and welding.
Nine: Floor laying-jointing
1. Slotting must be carried out after the glue is completely cured. Use a special slotting machine to slot along the seam. In order to make the welding firm, the weld should not pass through the bottom. It is suggested that the depth of groove should be 2/3 of the floor thickness.
2. At the inoperable end of the sewing machine, please use a manual sewing machine to sew with the same depth and width.
3. Before welding, the residual dust and sundries in the box must be removed.
X: floor laying-welding
1. Manual welding gun or automatic welding equipment can be selected for welding.
2, the temperature of the welding torch should be set at about 350 degrees.
3. Squeeze the covered electrode into the groove of the opening at an appropriate welding speed (to ensure that the covered electrode melts).
4. When the covered electrode is in a semi-cooling state, roughly cut off the part of covered electrode that is higher than the ground level with covered electrode level or moon knife.
5. When covered electrode is completely cooled, use covered electrode flat pliers or crescent knife to cut off the remaining protruding part of covered electrode.
XI: floor cleaning and maintenance
1, PVC series flooring is developed and designed for indoor places and should not be laid and used in outdoor places.
2. Please select the corresponding cleaning agent according to the method recommended by the manufacturer for regular cleaning and maintenance.
3. Avoid dumping high-concentration solvents such as toluene and banana oil, strong acids and strong alkali solutions on the floor surface, and avoid using inappropriate tools and sharp tools to scratch or damage the floor surface.
