There is no network video or black screen on the monitor of normal network system or newly installed network monitoring system. At this time, it is necessary to open the network hard disk video recorder of Haikang and have a good check to see what is wrong:

For the newly installed monitoring system, directly look at the lights on the network switch after installation. After the camera's network crystal head is plugged in, wait a while, and the light will flash, one green and one orange, and flash back and forth. This means that the signal from the camera has been transmitted. If there is a non-blinking network port, there may be a problem.

? Open the main menu of the monitor, then enter the system configuration, find the network configuration, and then set an IP address for the video recorder. If the switch is linked to the external network, you can surf the Internet, and you can directly click the application in the lower right corner, and the video recorder will automatically match the IP. When finished, remove the check box above to avoid that the local camera can't connect because it can't find the IP of the video recorder when there is a problem in the external network.

Then find channel management, IP channel, and then activate with one button. After a while, add with one key, and a blue play button icon will appear on the right side of the normal camera status bar. If it's a triangle with an exclamation point inside, there's something wrong. Clicking on the exclamation mark will prompt that the network is unreachable, the password is wrong, and the user is locked. Let's analyze the solutions to these situations one by one:

Network unreachable situation:

1. At present, most cameras are powered by POE. As long as the transmission distance of normal super-Category 5 engineering network cable is 80-120m within the effective distance, it is necessary to bridge or use optical fiber to transmit signals beyond this distance, otherwise the network cannot reach. There will be no network unreachable situation because of insufficient power supply of the camera. If the old monitoring system used the power cord to supply power to the camera, then it is necessary to check whether there is a problem with the power supply of the camera. Surveillance cameras are generally powered by 12V2A independent power supply and centralized power supply transformer. See if centralized power supply or independent power supply is broken or used for a long time, resulting from low loss voltage and insufficient power supply. If there is no power supply in the above situation, the monitoring installation will show that the network is unreachable.

2. Check the line with the engineering treasure to see if there is any problem with the crystal head. If there is any problem, make the crystal head again and use a good wire clamp, otherwise it will save a little money and cost a lot of things.

3. See if there are any other devices in the IP network segment of the hard disk video recorder, and if there is any conflict with the IP address of the camera. If there is, you need to link the external network, add a router on the switch, and reset a network segment for the monitoring system, so that this will not happen.

4. Remove the camera and replace it with a normal camera to see if there is anything wrong with the camera.

If you need to set a new password after booting, be sure to remember the password that comes with the factory, and use the factory password when the camera is activated by one button and added by one button. At this time, there will be no password error. If you set a new password after booting, you will be prompted that the password is wrong when you add it with one key. If you don't remember the factory password, you need to use password recovery software to link the camera to the computer and reset the camera password.

? 2. If there is a password error in the old monitoring system, it may be that the original password was not remembered and the password was entered incorrectly. The monitoring method in Beijing also needs to connect a 400 password reset assistant computer to reset the camera password.

? If the wrong password is entered continuously, the user will be locked. At this time, you can turn off the camera, restart it after about half an hour, and add the normal camera password in the customization. If you really can't remember, you have to use the computer to reset the camera password.
