Is there an essential difference between a half-width SLR camera and a full-width SLR camera?

Full-width and half-width refer to the size of the camera photosensitive element, one is full-width (large) and the other is half-width (small).

The photosensitive element is equivalent to the film of a traditional camera. By Quan Huafu, we mean that the size of the photosensitive element of the digital SLR is the same as the film size of the traditional 135 camera, and the half width is about 44% of the area of Quan Huafu.

The difference in area directly affects the quality of the film, and the imaging difference is manifested in the following aspects:

1. In terms of details, the full-frame camera has better fineness.

2. High sensitivity. The high-sensitivity image quality of a full-frame camera is better than that of a half-frame.

3. Tolerance, that is, what is the contrast between the brightest and darkest parts in a picture, and the contrast can be greater in the whole picture.

4. Color depth, that is, the color performance of the picture, the color of the whole picture is more abundant.
