What is the meaning of P. A. S. M mode in SLR cameras! ~

Mode P (Program Automatic): The camera automatically adjusts the aperture and shutter speed to get the best exposure, but the photographer can choose different combinations of aperture and shutter speed to produce camera exposure. This is called elastic exposure.

Mode S (Shutter Priority Auto): The photographer chooses the shutter speed, and the camera automatically adjusts the aperture to get the best exposure.

Mode A (Aperture Priority Auto) The photographer selects the aperture, and the camera automatically adjusts the shutter speed to get the best exposure.

Mode M (Manual): The photographer chooses the aperture and shutter speed, so his creative expression space has been greatly expanded. However, choosing an incorrect combination will lead to a photo that is too bright (overexposed) or too dark (underexposed). Therefore, when choosing the aperture and shutter speed, it is recommended to take the exposure index of the camera as a guide.

Extended data:

It should be noted that in P, S and A modes, the camera will automatically adjust the exposure to obtain the best effect.

Full manual shooting is not just setting the shooting mode to m to shoot in manual mode, but setting all the settings related to manual mode.

First, set the shooting mode to M position, then set the A/M selector switch on the lens to M position to use manual focusing, and then select the focusing mode in the camera as MF, that is, manual focusing, so as to complete all the settings of manual focusing and carry out manual focusing in the real sense.
