Membership rules of Beijing Photographers Association

Basic conditions for individuals to apply to join the Beijing Photographers Association

1. All photographers are educated and engaged in photography activities; I have no photography education, but I have been engaged in photography practice for more than one year.

2. Engaged in photography organization with outstanding achievements.

3. Engaged in photography creation, meet one of the following conditions:

Actively participate in the photography competition organized by Beijing Photographers Association;

Published photographic works in Beijing Photography and Canon Garden;

The Beijing Photographers Association or the website of the Beijing Photographers Association has held a photo exhibition of personal works;

Participate in national and international photography competitions, and the works are selected;

Invited by foreign cultural photography organizations to participate in international exchange exhibitions;

Invited by Beijing Photographers Association to hold personal photography lectures and workshops.

4. Engaged in photography, with primary or above titles.

6. Others who have made outstanding contributions to photography or the Beijing Photography Fans Association.

Anyone who meets the above basic conditions and applies to join the Beijing Photographers Association does not mean to become a member immediately. Membership must be audited by relevant departments and experts of the association and approved by the secretariat of the association.

Application procedures and materials to be submitted

1. Individuals who meet the above basic conditions and voluntarily join the Beijing Photographers Association may obtain an application form from the Beijing Photographers Association or fill in the application materials on the website of the Beijing Photographers Association.

2. Photographers applying for membership should submit four (8-inch) photos of different categories when submitting the application form. Or upload personal photos on the website of Beijing Photographers Association.

3. The pictures and words submitted with the application form should have names, titles, exhibition descriptions, publications, awards, etc. , and attach 2 standard photos of myself. Applicants on the website of Beijing Photographers Association can upload 2 standard 2-inch photos.

4. The applicant for group membership shall submit (send) the personal data and application form to Beijing Photographers Association according to the regulations after his/her unit signs the opinions and seals the application form.

4. Applicants who can't fill in the membership due to special reasons can apply for membership directly to Beijing Photographers Association after being introduced by two directors of Beijing Photographers Association, signing the recommendation opinions and signing the application form.

5. Individuals who have made great achievements or influences can apply directly to Beijing Photographers Association for membership after being introduced by members of the Presidium of Beijing Photographers Association and signing the recommendation and signature on the application form.

Examination and approval method

1. According to the constitution of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, the secretariat of the Association is responsible for the examination and approval of new members.

2. Beijing Photographers Association will consider the application materials received by the applicant in a centralized and unified way. If the application materials do not meet the above requirements, the applicant has the right to request the applicant to submit supplementary materials or not to submit them, which will be considered by the secretariat of the association.

3. A list of all eligible applicants and complete materials shall be submitted to the Secretariat of Beijing Photographers Association, and they can become members of Beijing Photographers Association only after being reviewed and approved by the Secretary General's meeting.

4. After receiving the notification by phone or SMS, the approved members can go through the membership formalities at Beijing Photographers Association.

Expiration of membership

1. The membership fee standard is that 50 yuan and 500 yuan can pay the membership fee for 10 years in one lump sum and become permanent members. Those who fail to pay the membership fee for two consecutive years shall be deemed to have withdrawn from the meeting automatically.

2. After receiving the notice of joining the membership, new members are required to pay the membership fee of 50 yuan, the membership card cost and various related handling fees of 50 yuan, totaling 100 yuan. After receiving the money, Beijing Photographers Association will go through the relevant procedures and issue membership cards.

3. The membership fee shall be paid by the group, and the group membership fee shall be paid in 40 yuan every year.

The right to interpret these rules belongs to Beijing Photographers Association.
