What procedures do I need to go through to open a health center?

Legal analysis: The business license of the health center covers the following services: meridian health care, meridian health care, aromatherapy SPA, beauty and body building, meridian control, massage health care, SPA spa spa, liver and kidney detoxification, ovarian maintenance, shoulder and neck physiotherapy, chest physiotherapy, steaming project, TCM preventive health care, decompression and relaxation, etc. General business scope: investment in industry (specific projects shall be declared separately); Personal image planning; Corporate image planning; Enterprise management consulting; Exhibition planning; Engaged in advertising business; Domestic trade (excluding franchised, controlled and monopolized commodities); Operating import and export business; Sales of handicrafts, clothing, shoes, jewelry, skin care products and cosmetics; Educational consultation, image photography (excluding film and television production) and photography design; Studio rental; Advertising planning and design; Brand planning; Photography design consultation; Computer graphic design (except items prohibited by laws and administrative regulations; Projects restricted by laws and administrative regulations must be licensed before they can operate); Photography training; Brush design for image etiquette training; Computer graphics production.

Legal basis: Article 32 of the Regulations on the Administration of Company Registration states that if a company changes its business scope, it shall apply for registration of change within 30 days from the date when the resolution or decision on change is made; Where the change of business scope involves projects that must be approved before registration according to laws, administrative regulations or the State Council decisions, it shall apply for registration of change within 30 days from the date of approval by the relevant state departments. If the business scope of the company is subject to approval according to laws, administrative regulations or the State Council's decision, and its license or other approval documents are revoked, or the validity period expires, it shall apply for change of registration within 30 days from the date of expiration of the license or other approval documents, or go through cancellation of registration in accordance with the provisions of Chapter VI of these Regulations.
