Briefly describe the operation process of stroboscopic method

The stroboscope and stroboscope are mainly used to measure the rotating speed and sound frequency of fans, motors and mechanical devices (its accuracy is more accurate than the current single-chip tuner, especially for cherubs), the observation of physical phenomena, high-speed photography and so on. A stroboscope is a light source that flashes rapidly at a certain frequency. When observing a high-speed rotating or moving object with a stroboscope, adjust the stroboscope to make it close to synchronization with the rotating or moving speed of the measured object. When the stroboscope is synchronized, the measured object is moving at high speed, but the object observed by visual persistence phenomenon is moving slowly or relatively still, so that people can easily observe the distant state of the high-speed moving object by visual inspection and internal calculation of the stroboscope.

At present, it is generally used for the diagnosis of various rotor, gear meshing and vibration equipment in the mechanical industry, on-line non-stop detection of high-speed printing machines and high-speed packaging machines, automatic color matching of high-speed color overprinting machines, and camera auxiliary light source with overprinting accuracy. Spindle speed and weft feed of loom can be detected in textile machinery. In the printing industry, it can detect the status of high-speed printing process, ink color matching, die cutting, stamping, folding and so on. It can also be used for air conditioning fans, packaging production lines, surface defects and motion trajectories of high-speed objects, as well as electromechanical engineering, automobile manufacturing, chemical industry, optics, medical care, shipbuilding, aviation and other industries.

The use environment should be low in ambient illumination, without energy-saving lamps and fluorescent lamps.
