xx TV station is the leading TV news organization in southeast Shanxi. There are 12 central rooms, namely: news center, social education center, program center, literature and art center, TV drama center, technology center, advertising center, office, editor-in-chief room, political supervision room, youth and youth department and special department. The news center is the news production and editing organization of the TV station, and there are two main programs: "xx News" is the leading column of xx TV station, which vigorously publicizes the party's principles and policies, closely focuses on the central work of the county party committee and county government, and publicizes the excellent situation of the county's economic development. It is a daily news program. In the column group of xx News, news is new news; Refers to the event that just happened. If you look it up in the dictionary, you will find that the definition of news is to report recent events or information that was unknown in the past. News usually refers to information that has universal appeal to a certain audience. As a local station, news programs should first vigorously publicize the party's principles and lines, and at the same time vigorously publicize the central work of the municipal party committee, municipal government, county party committee and county government, publicize the excellent form of county economic development, and guide a good public opinion.

News has timeliness, objectivity and authenticity. My main task in the column group is to go out with reporters for interviews. As daily news, news interviews are like hematopoiesis. Generally, current political news must go through a procedure. Units need to publicize themselves by first contacting the TV station office, agreeing on a time to send reporters to attend the meeting, and reporters will attend the meeting and attend the meeting. At the same time, they will write a press release to explain the time and place of the event, take pictures of the meeting and explain the main participants. Then go back to Taiwan for post-editing, which will be reviewed by the director. If it passes, it will be broadcast on TV. Current news is generally news only when leaders participate, and big leaders participate, which is big news; Social news mainly goes through a process. Generally, there is social news only in social cases, which reflects more prominent social undesirable phenomena. In this kind of news, the local government first contacted the TV station office to agree to send reporters, and then the reporters learned about the situation and reported on local reforms, such as rural democratic elections, pension for the elderly, and preferential treatment enjoyed by only children and single-daughter households. Or, the administrative law enforcement organs should contact and send reporters to film the process of law enforcement, such as the process of cracking down on small business hawkers, bicycles occupying roads, and farmland building in rural areas. Or the process of solving a case.

After a month's internship, I got familiar with the whole process of current affairs news, and learned the shooting skills and writing methods of press releases: when shooting pictures, it must be stable, keep the pictures smooth, and the time of each picture should not be less than 5 seconds to facilitate later editing. A meeting must have a panoramic close-up view and the composition of news pictures, and the lens language of news pictures must be consistent. Press releases must have time, place, people and events, and must be detailed and clear, explaining the cause, process, result and future situation.

when I first stepped into the office of xx TV station, I had no idea that I would have a happy and unforgettable time here in the following month. Not only did I learn a lot from my colleagues and become friends with them, but more importantly, I got six keys to open the door to society during my internship.

the first key: sincerity

you can disguise your face and your heart, but you must never ignore the power of sincerity.

On my first day as an intern in a TV station, I felt nervous. I had heard a lot of rumors about interns before, saying that they were either treated as invisible people or simply did some chores at work, so I was a little worried that I would be like them.

when I stepped into the office, I saw a few strange faces. I greeted them with a smile. From that day on, I got into the habit of saying "good morning" or "good morning" with a smile when I see them every morning, which is my sincere greeting. I always feel that there are often some subtle things that are easily overlooked by us, such as a gentle greeting, but it expresses the concern for colleagues and friends, and also makes others feel valued and cared for.

In just a few days, I got mixed up with my colleagues, and I was worried that becoming an "invisible man" never happened. I think it should be my sincerity in exchange for the trust of my colleagues. They regard me as a friend and are willing to assign me a job. In fact, they should be "sincere" not only to others, but also to things.

. It is only through them that I really realize that it is not easy to be an electrician, and for me, it should be said that it is just the beginning. From them, I urgently feel that there is a big gap from a professional journalist. A news program embodies the hard work of editors, photographers, broadcasters, journalists and all of them.

the second key: communication

you know him, but do you remember his name? You know him, but do you know him?

yes! This is what a teacher once said to me, and I deeply realized here: how helpful it is to understand and communicate with colleagues for the development of work!

when I was facing a strange environment for the first time, I still remember that I didn't know anything on the first day, and I stood at the door of the office at a loss. Fortunately, my colleagues' enthusiastic care and help made me familiar with this big family as soon as possible, which helped and encouraged me a lot in the future. I still remember an interview mission and going to the countryside with my master, and I thought that my confidence could play a decisive role, but I didn't expect that the two of us would contact and interview. The answer is very simple. He has conducted a lot of interviews with the players and will get to know them every chance he gets.

I finally understand that communication is an important skill and ability, which should be skillfully used at all times. To know someone, you must first remember their name. Understanding a person requires in-depth communication. And these, we must take the initiative to do.

the third key: passion and patience

passion and patience, like fire and ice, seem to be two completely different things, but they can collide with the most beautiful fire

a news director in the program group said that if you are engaged in newspaper industry, you must devote 15% of your energy to television industry.

I have witnessed this 15% energy input.

TV program production is not an easy job. Take making a 2-minute news program as an example. First, we should look at the 2 tapes taken in front of us, totaling 6 minutes. Then collect the lens into the computer; Then the important work of editing the film is carried out. This is creative work, which takes a lot of brains. The lens needs to be constantly revised: then the music needs to be edited and subtitles added. It takes at least a few days to finish this episode. In order to complete the progress, colleagues in the program sometimes sleep for three hours every day, and they don't know whether it is day or night outside or what day it is when they work. If there is no passion, they can't be willing to pay such great energy, and this day and night upside down will last for several months; If they don't have patience, they can't sit in front of the computer all day, just to make several scenes more exciting, nor can they carefully modify every episode over and over again.

I admire them. I asked several TV people privately, and they admitted that the work was very hard and tiring, but they felt very happy and satisfied.

Actually, passion and patience are indispensable in any industry. Passion makes us passionate about our work and willing to fight for the same goal; Patience also allows us to treat the work carefully, and strive to do every detail and strive for Excellence. Passion and patience complement each other to promote the most beautiful sparks, and work can be done best.

the fourth key: idea

everyone can learn the technology, but idea only belongs to you.

There is a saying in the advertising industry: "I'm afraid I can't do it if I can't think of it." A word tells the importance of creativity. In fact, creativity is hard to buy anywhere, because it belongs only to you.

The directors and photographers who have done well in the program group are not from a regular school. They have never learned to carry cameras before, and they don't know how to edit and cut films. They can get to their present position in just a few years, not because they have learned the camera technology and film cutting technology, but because they have their own unique ideas and creativity, they know how to plan programs,

they know how to choose shots and how to cut films brilliantly ... In fact, almost everyone in the program group has mastered the film cutting technology, but some people are at a loss in the face of that pile of materials, and to put it bluntly, they just don't have their own ideas.

when you only have technology but no idea, you can only be sent to do some chores; And when you have your own idea, you will be entrusted with a challenging task. I think: this is not only the work of TV stations, but also other industries. Because everyone can learn technology, and you have a "patent right" for your own idea, so don't be afraid that you need to master new technology in your future work. In fact, it is not difficult to learn technology, but it is difficult to keep your head running at work and stir up your unique thoughts and ideas. Only in this way can you highlight yourself in your work and show your value.

After my internship in the news center of TV station, I became familiar with a series of processes such as news gathering and compilation. Maybe I didn't master some professional skills skillfully, but I got a deeper understanding of the TV industry. Through a month's work, I learned the nature of journalists' work and the qualities that a journalist should have, and it was also an attempt for me to enter the society. This summer social practice enriched my summer life, and I learned the spirit of professional dedication, which laid a good foundation for my future work and study.
