Interesting story of Shentangwan in Zhangjiajie

1990 In the summer, on a sunny afternoon, more than 10 tourists from Shanghai and other places saw a group of girls dancing happily on the cliff in front of Shentang Bay on the lecture platform, and it took half an hour to gradually disappear.

A photographer once encountered a sudden change in Shentang Bay and people shouted hissing voices. Afterwards, he compared Shentang Bay to a geomagnetic recorder, which may have recorded the actual combat of the two armies in history. Because the vibration frequency of that year appeared again when it rained, this "recorder" "played" the sound of that year. Some people also say that this is a psychological feeling caused by the mixture of wind, rain, waterfall and echo, plus the fear of the parties. The debate is still inconclusive.

According to local villagers, the rock pier on the cliff of Shentang Bay is grade 9. Someone once tried to explore the cliff, but only went down to level 4, which was forty or fifty feet deep. It was already dark all around, and from time to time there were all kinds of harsh cries, which were creepy and afraid to climb down again. During the period of 1968, officers and men of a certain PLA unit collected valuable medicinal materials such as Ganoderma lucidum and used tools such as ropes, but it was not until the sixth grade. They also saw huge pythons and various wild animals through binoculars. In Hunan, there is a magical valley called Shentangwan. When there is lightning and thunder, sometimes there are some strange sounds in the valley, sometimes there are golden drums, sometimes there are soldiers shouting, and occasionally there are hooves. This is very strange. According to the book, scientists have not given a clear answer to this phenomenon, but at that time, there were two explanations. One explanation is that the valley of Shentang Bay is deep, and the other is more interesting. In the eighteenth year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty, it should also be in a thunderstorm. There was a fierce war in the local area. The unique topography and rock structure of the valley formed an instantaneous natural recorder under the action of lightning, which recorded some sounds that happened at that time. In the following time, when the external conditions are met, the valley will automatically "play" these sounds.

That year, Xiang Dakun was 20 years old. Early in the morning, he came to Qingyan Mountain alone. One thing has been hovering in his mind these days. He needs to be quiet here alone. Dakun has been the leader of Tujia nationality for more than four years. In recent years, the Yuan Dynasty was unlucky and rebelled. Years of war have seriously affected their normal production. He has the responsibility to protect his own people. He knew that Tujia people's existing strength could not compete with the imperial court or the rebels. But if he can find a place that is easy to defend but difficult to attack, it should be feasible to form an army to avoid this war. He has a bold idea: to establish a Tujia kingdom in Wulingyuan area. To this end, he also went to Huanglong Cave, where there was a reclusive bachelor, his father's old friend Li Boru. He knows astronomy above and geography below, and divination is very effective. Li not only agreed with his idea very much, but also promised to help him out of the mountain. As for Tujia people, they will definitely support him. Now only when he makes the final decision, Dakun has been sitting on the mountain until the evening, and the blue rock mountain under the rosy clouds is picturesque. Dakun thinks that tomorrow, it should be called Tianzishan.

Xiang Dakun, who is in his forties, climbed Tianzi alone and established the Tujia kingdom for more than 20 years. In recent years, Tujia people have thrived here and become stronger and stronger. People respected him very much and called him a champion, so the war ended early. Zhu Yuanzhang, a Han Chinese, defeated the Yuan Army and established the Ming regime. Everything is developing in a good direction, but just three years ago, the Ming government suddenly sent a letter to the country. Li Boru, a military adviser, did not let him go, but asked his younger brother Hu Da to look for him, but there was no news about it. Three years later, my brother never came back, and Dakun felt like a knife! He has only one brother, and we must find him, but the Ming Dynasty is too powerful for him to make a move. Li Boru, a strategist, understood his mind. He set up shrines, held ceremonies and sought the apocalypse. After receiving the order, the military adviser told Dakun that in 636 days, Tianzi Mountain will open the Tianmen Gate. As long as three arrows are shot in the east of Tianmen, Ming Chengzu can be shot. When the emperor died, he died. But Dakun was impatient. It's been 35 days. He doesn't want to wait. He wants to go up the mountain to see if the Tianmen is open. Just halfway up the mountain, Dakun saw a new stone gate built on the mountain. Dakun was so happy that the strategist didn't lie to me. He remembered the big tiger he hadn't seen for years. He seems to be waving at him in front. Da Kun stood in front of the heavenly gate, took a deep breath and drew his bow.

One day in the thirteenth year of Ming Hongwu, Emperor Zhu Yuanzhang of Hongwu was discussing state affairs with ministers. Suddenly there was a noise outside the door, and a bodyguard came to report that an arrow flew from the west and shot down the stone lion in front of the palace. Zhu Yuanzhang was waiting to see it when he heard a whoosh, and a faucet in the dragon chair suddenly disappeared. Frightened Zhu Yuanzhang quickly sat down on the ground, but he still didn't wake up and heard a scream. The guards hurried forward and surrounded Zhu Yuanzhang, who was forward-looking. A guard pulled out an arrow that said "Xiang Dakun" and asked Dakun? Zhu Yuanzhang thought, wasn't this guy designed and removed by me three years ago? No matter who he is, this man is amazing anyway, and we must do our best to eradicate him.

In the eighteenth year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty, the sky thundered and the evil wind was blowing. Tian Zi Xiang Dakun went to Tian Zi again. Different from the last time, this time he was not alone, followed by hundreds of brothers who had just emerged from the tight encirclement. More than 40 days ago, Tang He, a general of the Ming Dynasty, led1000000 soldiers to besiege Tian Zi in five ways. Although Tian Zi is easy to defend but difficult to attack, only a few thousand soldiers came to Tian Zi. Dakun was finally outnumbered and retreated to Tianzishan. Tian Zi in the rain and fog is as bleak as iron. Xiang Dakun, who is over 50 years old, has lost his courage. He knew that the tide had passed, but he calmed down and came to Shentang Bay. He looked up, but he saw the peaks of the column, vaguely like a tribe. Suddenly, a halo appeared in the fog ahead, and it became brighter and brighter. He seemed to see his wife and children who died in the war and the big tiger he hadn't seen for years. They seem to be talking to him. Dakun hurried forward, and the gas field gradually disappeared, replaced by the rain and fog in Shentang Bay. Da Kun turned around and looked at the cabin in the distance. He raised his head, opened his mouth and shouted something, then turned and jumped down.

As for Xiang Dakun, it is also recorded in history. "In the eighteenth year of Ming Hongwu, Xiang shouted three times in Shentang Bay and jumped with hundreds of soldiers. . . . . . "Legend has it that the king died heroically in Shentang Bay, and ghosts haunted him. They camped in the bay, accompanied by pythons, wild animals and poisonous insects, training day and night, always ready for revenge.

This legend was later recorded in ancient books such as Yongding County Records and Xiang Family Tree. Beautiful and tragic legends add to the mystery of Shentang Bay, and also attract brave and knowledgeable warriors from all previous dynasties to go deep into it and explore things and roots.

As early as the end of the year, plagues were prevalent in Yongdingwei, Jiuxiwei and other areas, and the Tusi area in northwest Hunan was full of corpses. It is said that Shentang Bay has medicine for treating plague. In order to get this medicine, a young doctor, under the protection of two natives with high martial arts, hung down the Shentang Bay with a rope. As a result, the strong men never returned, and the three mysteriously disappeared into the depths of the clouds. . . .

During the Tongzhi period of the Qing Dynasty, two hunters with unique skills, with bows and arrows on their backs and treasure knives, went to Shentang Bay to hunt rare animals together. The two men tied a rope and fell down. Halfway up the mountain, they were frightened by the eerie sight inside: trees and vines entwined, poisonous fog filled the air, the evil wind was piercing, and strange noises were everywhere. A cold-light python is wrapped around a thousand-year-old tree. They dropped their swords, bows and arrows and ran away. Later, they became stupid and full of nonsense, and soon they both got bad diseases.

In the mid-1950s, several hunters chased a wild boar outside the mountain, and the wild boar was injured and fled, and accidentally rolled down Shentang Bay. A hunter volunteered to go to the bay to catch prey. He tied a rope around his waist and walked to the fifth step (it is said that there are nine steps). He was so tired that he sat on a dead tree covered with moss and smoked a cigarette. A pack of cigarettes. Get ready to get up I bumped into the bamboo tobacco pouch on the trunk, but the trunk moved slowly. The hunter was frightened. Look carefully, it turned out to be a barrel python! The hunter immediately became speechless and died suddenly three days after returning home. When he died, he had a high fever, talked nonsense and shouted hysterically: "Python! Python!” The face is extremely scary. In the late 1970s, a PLA expedition, with submachine guns and military dogs, entered Shentang Bay. When they came down to the third step, they saw the fur left by animal tracks. The water was slippery, the dead leaves were three feet thick, and centipedes swam everywhere. Suddenly, a white monster flew out of the ancient forest, and the frightened soldiers were anxious. It happened that the blind chicken touched the rice and killed the white thing. It turned out to be a mouse weighing more than 20 kilograms! At this point, the military dog sobbed, and several soldiers in shock had to rush up. 1982 In the summer, a local writer invited four of his colleagues to wander in Shentang Bay in order to collect folk literature materials. They went upstream to Shili Gallery, took Zhier Bay, and the valley entered Shentang Bay from the South Canyon. Just as this group of people approached Taniguchi, it suddenly rained heavily, and poisonous insects scattered from the dead leaves. It rained for a month, and they went to explore the same way again, but they also failed in the thunderstorm. This incident has puzzled them so far: it was sunny just now, why did it suddenly rain cats and dogs? 1986 In the summer, a photographer in Beijing, led by a tour guide, wanted to photograph the inner mystery of Shentang Bay, so he dropped a few meters, when he suddenly heard the roar of Ma Si people in the bay, followed by dark clouds and torrential rain. The reporter was terrified out of her wits and vowed never to take pictures in Shentang Bay again. Up to now, there are thousands of wind and rain photos in Zhangjiajie, but none of them reveal the inside story of Shentang Bay.

In the late 1980s, a professor led several disciples into the mountain from Zhier Bay, and when they were approaching the throat of Shentang Bay, a sudden evil wind struck, and the professor fell to the ground, and the disciples scrambled to climb down the mountain. . .

In the same year, the agricultural reclamation department sent a well-equipped investigation team to try to uncover the mystery of Shentang Bay. After all the hardships, they still couldn't get close to the bottom of the bay and had to give up halfway.

Shentang Bay, which is charming and heartless in Leng Yan, is full of strange saliva in terror and hidden in the fog with ferocious hatred. A scientist said that Shentang Bay is a big magnetic field, which recorded the screams of the bloody battle between the king and the government troops, and released it as soon as it met the right climate. It is also said that the fog that permeates Shentang Bay all day is famous and lost its soul because it is miasma, so that no one has visited it for thousands of years. God knows how many wild animals, snakes and poisonous insects there are.

The password of Shentangwan is waiting for a brave man who is not afraid of death to decipher it!
