Paranga Middle School is a co-educational middle school, offering courses from grade 9 to grade 13. At present, it has more than 2 100 students and more than 200 faculty members, making it one of the largest middle schools in New Zealand. Because of its good reputation, the school attracts international students from more than 90 countries, including Canada, Australia, Austria, Norway, Switzerland, Germany, France, South Korea and Japan.
The school is located in HalfMoonBay, a scenic spot in the east of Auckland. There are high-grade residential areas, high-quality golf courses dotted around, high cultural quality of residents and safe environment. It's only a 30-minute drive from school to downtown Auckland.
