At present, there are 58 registered student associations in our school, including 50 affiliated to the school and 8 affiliated to the college, with more than 3,000 registered members. The development history of student associations in our school can be traced back to the 1980s. 1983, a group of young students who love campus literature initiated the establishment of the first student association of Jiaotong University-Confucius Lake Literature Society, which opened the prelude to the development of student associations in our school. Over the past 20 years, under the correct leadership of the Party Committee and the specific guidance of the Youth League Committee and the Student Union, the student associations in our school have made great progress, the types and scales of the associations are becoming more and more reasonable, and the quantity and quality of the associations have made remarkable progress.
