Wei Lin’s artistic resume

In 1990, while studying at Shenzhen University, he successfully organized various national training courses and calligraphy and painting seminars with the New Technology Research Center. In 2002, he was invited by Hunan Metallurgical Institute (now Hunan Institute of Technology) to give exchange lectures on the art of Chinese calligraphy and painting to college students from the Youth League Committee of Hunan Normal University, Central South University, Hunan Institute of Foreign Economics, etc. It has also held many exhibitions of college students’ calligraphy, painting, sculpture, and photography art works. The planning was launched on June 10, 2013 at the No. 4 Navy Hostel in Beijing; One China - Preparatory meeting for the first cross-strait and four-region Chinese college student visual art competition.

Many of Mr. Wei Lin's works have been given as gifts to foreign friends by domestic political and business figures. His masterpieces are collected by many art museums and collectors and published in international art publications. It was also presented to former United Nations Secretary-General Kofi Annan, former Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Li Ruihuan, Macau Chief Executive Edmund Ho, and others.
