What is film loading?

Loading refers to loading the film into a projector or camera box for projection or shooting.

Loading can also be carried out from organisms or directly from tiny organisms such as Chlamydomonas, Hydra and Penicillium. When observing an object with a microscope, putting the observed object on a glass slide is called loading.

Introduction to temporary loading:

Temporary loading is the temporary loading of things to be observed with a microscope. The temporary load is made of materials torn or removed from the organism, and the made temporary load includes the tissue material cover glass of the slide.
