The Propaganda Department of the Provincial Party Committee determined that Lin Zhang was the chairman of Hebei Branch of China Photography Society, Song and Zhang Bin (female) were the vice-chairmen and the secretary-general. 1On May 2, 980, Hebei Branch of China Photography Society was renamed Hebei Branch of China Photographers Association. At the end of 1984, Li Yingjie served as the vice chairman and secretary general of Hebei branch of China Photographers Association, and presided over the work of the association. 1986, Hebei branch of China Photographers Association held the third member congress. The congress elected Xu Chunxing and Song as honorary chairmen, Xia as consultant, chairman and secretary-general, and Li Yaodong as vice-chairman.

In June, 1992 was officially renamed as Hebei Photographers Association. 199 1 year 1 month 1 day, Hebei Photographers Association held its fourth member congress, and elected 100 directors and 37 standing directors. Elected as chairman, Liu, Zhou (female), Zhai, Zhong, Huang He and Cai as vice-chairmen, and elected as secretary-general. The chairman nominated Wang Jianhua, Ren Changqing and Zhang Zhiming as deputy secretaries-general (three vice-chairmen were elected at the meeting). On August 28th, 2006, Hebei Photographers Association held its fifth member congress, and elected 96 directors, with Liu Ruixin as its chairman and Yang Yueluan, Zhong, Ji, Yi Zhijian, Wang, Citizen, Kang Tongyue, Sun (female), Lang, Xu Baokuan, Zhao Yu and Qu Yong as its directors. The presidium appointed Xu Chunxing, Chen, Bai and Wu as honorary chairmen, and appointed Yu Junhai, Ren Changqing, Liu, Qi, Zhang Zhiming, Zhou Shuting and Huang He as consultants.
