What equipment do you need for track and field competition or training?

Shot put: Shot put used in Olympic Games and world track and field competitions should be made of solid iron, copper or any other metal with hardness not lower than copper. The shape of the shot put must be spherical and the surface must be smooth.

Discus: The body of discus is made of wood or other suitable materials, and there is a circular metal ring around it. Its two sides must be the same, smooth, and the center of the cake is flat, and it should be inclined in a straight line from the bend of the metal ring edge to the edge of the cake center.

Hammer: The hammer consists of a sphere, a metal chain and a handle. Sphere, like shot put, is made of solid iron, copper or any metal with hardness not lower than copper. The shape of the sphere must be spherical and the surface must be smooth. The chain should be made of a straight, elastic and unbreakable steel wire. The handle is a single-ring or double-ring structure, but it must be hard without any kind of hinge connection.

Javelin: Javelin is divided into gun body, gun head and rope winding handle. The gun body is a smooth metal rod with tapered ends. The gun head is a sharp metal tip, which is fixed at the front end of the gun body. The surface of the gun body and tail must be smooth from beginning to end, the handle should wrap around the center of gravity of the gun, the surface of the handle should be irregular, and all sections of the javelin should be regular and round.
