All the newly bought lanterns are turned off, but there is electricity on the line. How can we get them back to normal?

Some lanterns are of poor quality, and all of them are invalid if they are damaged. See if you can pull it out. You can get rid of the damaged bulbs one by one with a few dry batteries. If it is not replaced, you can connect the lamp cap wires of this bulb together and the others will light up. Usually it can't be used if it is broken, so as to avoid accidents.
