Wang Hong’s personal achievements

Wang Hong, born in October 1966, is a native of Tongshan, Jiangsu. He is good at landscapes, flowers and birds, and admires the painting style of Gong Xian and Li Keran. His works are fresh, elegant, simple and thick. He is currently a member of Jiangsu Artists Association, executive editor of "New Era Art", deputy secretary-general of Huanghuai Painting and Calligraphy Art Exchange Center, and vice-chairman of Fengxian Artists Association. His works "The Vicissitudes of Life" were selected for the "Colorful Century" Jiangsu Chinese Painting Exhibition sponsored by the Provincial Department of Culture and the Provincial Painting Academy, "Thousand Years of National Soul" was selected for the 8th Provincial Five-Star Project Award, and "Swaying in the Breeze" was selected for the 2009 Civil Servants' "Fan, Sketch" "Exhibition" and "High Mountains and Long Rivers" won the Excellence Award in the Art, Calligraphy and Photography Competition sponsored by the Provincial Artists Association, Calligraphy Association and Photography Association to celebrate the 54th National Day. His works have been selected into various national exhibitions and won awards for many times.
