Summary of two years of photography experience-posing

A few days ago, I wrote a little routine to share with you, which is the following:

This time, I mainly want to share with you some tips I have accumulated on the original basis in the past two years.

In fact, I am still groping myself. It is estimated that many people will leave comments such as "mainly looking at the face value and later period" after reading it. I don't deny that face value and later stage are indeed a factor, and a good-looking photo itself also needs many factors, such as the use of scenes and light, but I want to say that besides, everyone has their own "aesthetic corner", as do many star models we see online.

On the one hand, due to the professional photography team and intensive training, many "Reuters pictures" we see are not necessarily so real. On the other hand, people are professionally trained, such as how to avoid their own aesthetic corners and how to show and amplify their advantages in posing. Therefore, we will see the perfect face and the enviable devil figure on the Internet, TV and other media.

It is an important premise to recognize your own aesthetic dead angle, clarify your own advantages, and then make better adjustments when taking pictures according to these perceptions. If you are still worried about not knowing how to pose and how to deal with "camera embarrassment", I hope my summary can bring you some help.

First, look up and shoot.

This is an action that we are all familiar with. Generally, they are taken from the side, and the photos taken are generally beautiful and quiet. Suitable for most people, it is a must-have poss.

Advantages: It can effectively avoid the appearance of double chins and show your chin lines.

Note: Pay attention to the angle when shooting. If you shoot from the front or lean too far, you may have a "big nostril" effect. If your facial features are not particularly three-dimensional, you can try a 45-degree side shot, and the visual effect will be better.

Tip 1: If you are in poor shape, you can consider sitting on your side and taking pictures as loosely as possible, like (Figure 1), or just taking big pictures (Figure 3).

Second, bow your head and shoot.

The opposite of the first one is naturally bow your head!

Note: Many girls may worry that if the side shot is not a double chin, it can be seen at a glance. In fact, they can also lean a little sideways and find a foreground to cleverly block their chin (Figure 4); You can also hold it by hand (as shown in Figure 5).

Third, the side face shot

Advantages: Suitable for girls with three-dimensional facial features. If you have three-dimensional facial features, don't hesitate. Sideshot is your first choice.

Note: the side shot can be full body or half body. If you are not very satisfied with your figure below the waist, you can just take a bust photo and add some hand movements, such as holding a book and looking up at the sky, and the whole picture is already very artistic (as shown in Figure 6); Girls with long hair can put their hair on a part of the chest (as shown in Figure 7), which is very feminine.

Tip2: If you don't like your flat chest, you can lean forward with your arms as shown in Figure 7 and pull your hair to the front.

Fourth, close your eyes and think and feel quietly.

Advantages: You can try this action if you are uncomfortable with the expression on the camera! I think it is specially prepared for patients who are embarrassed by the camera, which can not only ease the embarrassment but also force them to look like sleeping beauty. Simple and practical, it won't be an exquisite pig girl series.

You can feel it with your head down and your eyes closed (as shown in Figure 8), or you can lean against a chair (as shown in Figure 9) or against a wall (as shown in Figure 10).

Note: Although it is necessary to close your eyes and be a sleeping beauty, there is absolutely no need for you to show a real sleeping state. It will be very effective to have a smile on your face when shooting. Try to enjoy the process and tell yourself, "I am a sleeping beauty!" "

5. Pretend to see the scenery

Advantages: This is also a necessary skill for a patient with lens embarrassment. Compared with poss in Sleeping Beauty, there will be more room to play and more scene choices.

Some girls say that if you can't laugh at the camera, don't look, there are scenery around, look at the scenery! What if the scenery is not good? Then set yourself a scene, such as waiting for a bus by the roadside (slightly bending down and nodding, as shown in figure11); Waiting for girlfriends or male tickets to eat together (looking around is a little impatient, as shown in figure 12) and so on.

6. Hold your face gently with your hands.

Advantages: Very common movements, more suitable for girls with lovely literary style.

Note: just hold it gently, not too hard, or the girl with fleshy face will find that her face seems to be squeezed and deformed. Remember to be gentle with yourself.

Seven, with the help of some props

Advantages: Reasonable and ingenious use of props can not only help you ease the embarrassment in front of the camera, but also make the overall effect of the picture more natural and harmonious.

Note: The more props, the better. One or two can basically meet the needs of our daily shooting. In fact, there are many props that can be used. I will briefly introduce a few here:

Indoor, more commonly used are:

1, cup (as shown in figure15);

2. All kinds of books, whether it's flipping through books (as shown in figure 16) or fetching books (as shown in figure 17), are excellent even if they are just left there to read quietly.

3, star lights, this thing is sold on a treasure, and the shooting effect is unexpectedly good (as shown in figure 18).

4. There are also small pets. Interacting with small pets, especially your own, will greatly let you put down your fear of the camera and show your truest state more naturally (as shown in figure 19).

If it is an outdoor scene, there are many things that can be used, such as:

1, leaves (as shown in Figure 20)

2. Huahua (as shown in Figure 2 1)

You can take things with you, such as teacups and mobile phones (as shown in Figure 22).

4. Balloons are also possible (as shown in Figure 23).

Eight, take a silhouette or back.

Advantages: If you really don't want to show your face, this is also a good choice (as shown in Figures 24 and 25).

Note: Shooting at sunrise and sunset will be more artistic.

Nine, casual look back

Advantages: This is a classic scene in many movies. The heroine inadvertently smiled back and instantly made the man and even the man 234 feel love.

Note: Don't give yourself too many psychological hints when shooting. Many times, the more hints, the more embarrassing the effect. Looking back and smiling is natural.

Ten, take close-ups.

Advantages: If you are particularly satisfied with one of your five senses, you can consider taking close-ups of your eyes (as shown in Figure 27) and collarbone (as shown in Figure 28) to enlarge your advantages.

XI。 Move it.

This will be more suitable for snapshots, and the film output rate is often not very high, but once it is released, it will never let you down!

According to the needs of the surrounding environment, play with leaves and lift small skirts (as shown in Figure 29).

Finally, one more thing: there are no ugly women, only women who don't care about themselves.

The same is true for taking photos, not only posing, but also clothing collocation and photographer's shooting level will greatly affect the overall effect of photos.
