6. Merchants entering the platform should provide timely post-lease services for tenants. When the equipment fails, they should respond within 2 hours after receiving the tenant's request, including but not limited to telephone, remote guidance, on-site service, etc. If the tenant cannot use the equipment due to his own problems, the merchant shall negotiate with the tenant to replace the machine, and the resident service provider shall be deemed to abide by the above service commitment.

7. The lessor promises to provide a platform with true and complete information, and the lessor shall bear all economic and legal responsibilities for the losses caused by providing false information.
