The origin of yingjia tribute wine

In A.D. 156, during the heyday of Hanwu, Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty made a southern tour to Huoshan County, which was then called Hengshan State. According to legend, at that time, the officials and people of Huoshan greeted Shengjia at the land and water wharf near Caofang Village in the west of the city, and selected a beautiful folk woman to dedicate the wine brewed by mountain spring water to Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty. Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty was overjoyed after drinking, so he named Huoshan wine as a welcome tribute.

At this point, the welcome wine is justified and world-renowned. Now, the village where Qu liquor is brewed is the location of ancient brewing workshops. History has undergone earth-shaking changes in these years, but the local winemaking in Huoshan has never been cut off. There are countless famous wineries, and the local popular drinking culture is profound.
