1978 studied under the painter Mr. Ye. He used to be president of Tonglu CPPCC Calligraphy and Painting Association, director of Fuchun Painting Garden Office, member of the Standing Committee of Tonglu Federation of Literary and Art Circles, secretary-general of Art Calligraphy Association, member of Tonglu Association for Science and Technology, secretary-general of Popular Science Art Association, and member of Hangzhou Federation of Literary and Art Circles. He is currently the deputy research librarian of Hangzhou Mass Art Museum, the executive deputy secretary-general of Hangzhou Calligraphers Association, the deputy secretary-general of Zhejiang Calligraphy Research Association, the deputy secretary-general of Zhejiang CPPCC Poetry and Calligraphy Friends Association, and the vice-chairman of China Modern National Calligraphy and Painting Artists Association.
