5. Qinghai Lake
Qinghai Lake, also known as "Cuowumbu", which means "blue sea" in Tibetan, is located in the Qinghai Lake Basin in the northwest of Qinghai Province. It is not only the largest inland lake in China, but also the largest saltwater lake in China! Qinghai Lake covers an area of 4,400 square kilometers, with a water volume of 73.9 billion cubic meters, the longest is about 104 kilometers, the widest is about 62 kilometers, and the maximum water depth is 3 1.4 meters.
