Yang Zhongqi, pen name Shi Kong, is a member of China Calligraphers Association. Senior media person and calligrapher. He has been editor-in-chief of Lanzhou Evening News, chairman of Lanzhou Photographers Association and member of the 11th CPPCC of Lanzhou. Graduated from Chinese Department of Lanzhou University, 1986- 1997-2002 served as executive deputy editor-in-chief of Lanzhou Evening News, and 19 1-65448 served as editor-in-chief of Lanzhou Evening News. Won the title of the second national top 100 journalists.
