Gao Dai, 1955 was born in Quancheng, Jinan. He is a college student, a member of China Calligraphers Association, a calligrapher of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, a director of Shandong Calligraphers Association, a senior painter of Shandong Painting Academy, a distinguished painter of Shandong Friendship Painting and Calligraphy Institute of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, a vice president of Shandong Oriental Celebrity Painting and Calligraphy Institute, and a vice president of Shandong Healthy Painting and Calligraphy Photography Association.
